Real coffee. Amazing owner.
Empty cup is a great place to be able to get work done or socialize with friends. There is many places for people to sit around and enjoy their time. The service was also pretty nice and efficient. I did not particularly care for my latte, but my root beer float was delicious. I also enjoyed a parking lot with tons of parking spaces.
I did not try personally but it all looked appealing and my gf loved the muffin she got. Service was great considering they may need a bit more equipment but all of the workers were all extremely nice. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and inviting. I'm not from the area but I definitely wish this place existed in my town. Absolutely loved this place.
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop. Three people working who are trying to work together and instead slowing the process down. It took them more than 10 minutes from when I ordered to make my latte. They had one person in front of me and then one person through the drive-thru. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother.
I love your story and mission! Everyone at this coffee shop is friendly. One reason I always come back for more. They always take care of my needs 😊 - Keep it up 👍🏽.
Never a disappointment. Perfect place to relax with a hot drink. Staff is always friendly. I stop every time I'm in town
A most wonderful place to meet and greet friends or to just sit quietly by yourself and ponder life. Most importantly, their mission to support foster care and adoption is second to none. Please support them!
Staff is so kind & coffee is amazing! Support small business here - such a great cause! 💗
We ave become regulars and go once or twice a week .the staff is amazing. The absolute best cup of chai latte ever! Wayyyy better than Starbucks. I love that they have a drive thru window and also options for ice cream and muffins. The environment is cozy and spacious. The employees are friendly. I will DEFINITELY be going back very soon. Amazing!
Amazing 👏 👏👏👏 I got the latte with lavender syrup 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND to all coffee lovers and today was my first time drinking coffee
This is a great, local coffeehouse. Proceeds go to adoption services! They always have a few selections of delicious Vienna House coffee!
Great place to grab a coffee and chill. Low key, very comfortable. Perfect place to catch up with a friend or sit in peace with a book. Enjoy!
This is a quaint and quiet coffee shop where they support ministries for children. The staff are mainly young friendly females, that provide excellent service. The coffee is awesome and there is a large variety of flavors. Check the place out, you should enjoy the coffee and atmosphere.
I was the third car in line. Stayed there waiting for 20 minutes and then left because I was still not at the window to place an order.
I love coming every time I’m in Knoxville. The coffee is great, but my favorite item is the chai latte. The atmosphere is so cozy. It’s perfect for relaxing alone or with friends. And knowing I’m supporting local adoption is the best part.
I had the coconut chai and lemon berry muffin (warmed). The consumables were delicious!! The service and atmosphere were equally great. This is a great place to hangout and meet with friends or bring your headphones and escape into a book or podcast while enjoying your food. There is a drive-thru if you're in a hurry but I recommend coming when you have time to relax at one of their many tables or couches.
Good coffee, but the sizes seem small. Their large is a 12oz for an Iced coffee and it was around $6. I feel like thats high. Drive thru could be a bit faster as well. If you're going to have one, clear those cars, especially for the typical morning rush. Edit: Apparently the cups are 20oz, but once you see one you'll think it's a 12oz.
Nice, laid-back and comfortable atmosphere. Great for working/studying/meeting up with friends. Super kid-friendly (I think they had a kid play room at one point but not sure if it's back since the pandemic). Staff is super friendly. However, the coffee itself is just okay compared to other local coffee spots in Knoxville. If you're a coffee connoisseur, this is not the spot for you.
My wife and I travel between Georgia and Michigan and we like to stop at the Empty Cup for a refreshing cup of coffee and we also enjoy going next door to the Chef's Table.
This place was hopping (i.e. students doing group studies, adults doing remote work, senior group knitting, friends conversing, etc). It would be beneficial for some noise absorption panels as it can get pretty loud. It took a solid 20 minutes to get my pour over medium roast with oak milk and a mixed berry scone. I wasn't a big fan of the coffee. The scone was a little dry for my liking and also small in size for its listed price. The staff were nice and welcoming. The establishment appeared clean.
