Went in for some coffee and left with some of the most amazing chocolate I’ve ever had.
I've been here lots of times but we stopped in to buy some espresso beans for our home machine and some chocolate with my family from out of town, and the owner accidentally gave us the wrong chocolate BUT he ran 2 blocks to give us the right ones. Everyone talked about how kind that was. The BEST customer service and a must visit in Knoxville! Great coffee and yummy truffles/turtles!
They have quite a selection of Sodas😃 and candy galore!!

My favorite coffee shop in Knoxville. I love the kindness of the staff and the delicious coffee and sweets. Highly recommend and iced white mocha with peanut butter. Love this place!

This cute little shop is just right around the corner from my work and they recently brought matcha tea to their menu so I decided I needed to go grab me one before I got my day started. Hands down my favorite matcha in town!!! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere as well. I fear my wallet is in danger being so close!
Every time we come downtown, we end the evening here. It's too good not to! Every drink we've had had always lovely, fresh, and well-balanced. We especially love their cappuccino and their chai tea latte. And who doesn't love a gourmet chocolate with their coffee? I always get a pistachio turtle, but everything in the case is gorgeous and delicious. All of the baristas who have served us have been professional and friendly, and it's a credit to the business that we regularly see the same ones. We will continue coming to Coffee and Chocolate any time we're in downtown Knoxville.

Took a nice Trip through Knoxville,Tennessee and found this neat Gem ! The guy pictured did a great job with a good latte with Oat milk, and sugar, free hazelnut ! 20 oz was just a beautiful evening at market Square ! Recommended by our hotel staff ! The place was small, but atmosphere was making us feel welcome !
This a great place to go to get a great cup of well made coffee. They have chocolates and other desserts that folks come in for too. The main barista is par excellence and he is incredible. Love this place!
I wish this place was much more closer to my house but I’m just glad it’s within reasonable driving distance bc OMG…I’m in heaven!!! I got a Chai Latte, dozen variety macaroons and assorted chocolate treats!! I will be back as much I can go! Staff was wonderful and it was getting busy. The women that helped me was patient and friendly.

Top notch coffee and warm drink establishment. Quick service, great macarons and lots of other treats. Not a lot of seating if you’re trying to work.
Cute shop,yummy chocolate served by the sweetest young lady with a welcoming smile. We talked about the movie " Lady Bird " since we are from California,outside of Sacramento, where it was filmed.
The chocolate tasted amazing and the environment was very cute. I ordered an iced caramel latte, it was extremely sweet. I made it very uncomfortable to finish the whole thing. I had a drink there once before, and it was very good. The service was very fast as the man was extremely nice.
