I have been to many brewpubs in my life, but none of them can compare to the heavenly experience I had at Abridged Brewpub. This place is not just a pub, it's a paradise. The food, the drinks, the service, everything was beyond perfect. First, the group ordered nachos for the table and we were all blown away how phenomenal the chips were. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Abridged Burger, and let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and cooked to perfection. The aioli was creamy and tangy, the caramelized onions were sweet and savory, and the bacon was crispy and smoky. It was a symphony of flavors in my mouth. It was easily one of the top three best chicken dishes I've ever had in my life. And I've had a lot of chicken dishes. The beers and sours were also delicious. The fries were seasoned wonderfully and right in the middle of being crispy and wiggly. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves food and drinks. If you haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for? Run, don't walk, to Abridged Brewpub. Heck, break the law if you have to (for legal reasons I can't condone this). Just do whatever you need to do to get here. You won't regret it.

Cedar Bluff location is always packed. It’s amazing. We can typically get a seat at the bar. People rave about the burger but the Fried Green BLT is amazing!! Fries have a seasoning that is out of this world. Beer selection is local and always unique and doesn’t disappoint. Husband loves the chicken sandwich. It’s impressive that the Cedar Bluff location has done so well because the “brew house” that was here before sucked so bad. Well done, Abridged.

Wow. Wow. Wow. My husband and I tried Abridged for the first time tonight and we will ABSOLUTELY be returning. The food was delicious. I had the Abridged burger with fries; my husband had the Sgt. Pepper burger with fries and we ordered chicken wings and fried green tomatoes. We also ordered a couple of beers to try. Everything was unbelievably good. The burgers were the best I've ever had. Further, despite being slammed with customers, they included every extra sauce we asked for, everything was cooked perfectly, each item was packed and bagged carefully, and the food was done super quick! I can't recommend this place enough.

One of my favorite spots in Knoxville. I’ve never had a beer I didn’t like here. My personal favorites are their sours. The food is on point. The pretzels with pimento and buffalo wings with ranch are my go to. The smash burger from their food truck is my favorite burger in town. Love this place!

Food is great when/if you get it but service is laughable…. Once this location figures out basic customer service, it’ll be awesome!

Good service, good burgers, and a decent beer selection. It gets a bit noisy. It also gets pretty expensive to have a burger and a couple of drinks.

This place is excellent. Seated right away in the outside area. We had our dog with us. There were dogs in the seating area already. We are vegetarian and there were options available for us. We had the nachos and impossible burgers. Everything was excellent. Beers were tasty. Servers were chill and gave great recommendations. I've been to a lot of breweries throughout IL IN KY TN GA and the Carolinas. This is top 10.

Food is the only reason it got 4 stars. The server only came to get order and for us to pay maybe 1 other time. Not friendly to kids in high chairs , very tight.

Don’t know if the beer is good or not because I don’t drink, but the food was fantastic.

We were at Xul yesterday , and they were great! However , adridged had a food truck there . My husband was smoking outside and there were not any signs saying no smoking. This woman , maybe late 20’s early 30’s with short blonde hair flung the door open and yelled at him like a child . I do intend on going to your establishment in person to speak to someone , but I will not tolerate Such trashy behavior when he would have gladly moved when asked like an adult . She yelled “ go the hell out there “ and slammed the truck door . We have loved your company up until now and you were the reason we went last night . I will as stated be coming in to file a personal complaint . As she not only embarrassed him but ruined a portion of the evening .

A great charcuterie board for the price! So delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken thighs appetizer without Buffalo sauce (bc she’s 10), and they were ridiculously good!

Cute place! Dog and kid friendly with great drinks. We suggest the Blueberry Juniper Kombucha and the Baltic Porter. They also have dairy free pretzels for the kiddos.

We started coming to Abridged earlier this year, and it has quickly turned into one of our favorite spots in Knoxville! The food is always phenomenal, and we love the atmosphere. I love getting to try the new burger/chicken sandwich of the month, and the sours and ciders are always amazing too!
