Cold morning and popped in for a hot cup of Joe. Very courteous, friendly and good service. Good value
If you really need a coffee drink and don't want to walk to Starbucks, this place will work, but don't expect it to be made right. Asked for an iced coffee with cream, and it was somehow very sweet. Tried again the next day becasue it was convenient to our condo, and my husband stood at the counter and the girls working it just looked at him and went back to their conversations. He waited for a few minutes and then just left and went to Starbucks. It was clear they weren't interested in making any drinks this morning.
Great customer service, coffee was okay, I tried there red velvet piece of cake nothing impressive. No line, affordable.
I was too far from the Starbucks (and the line there was loooooong), so I decided to take a flyer and try their coffee. Despite the reviews, I found the coffee to be just below acceptable. I was expecting worse. The hot chocolate was ok. So, in a pinch, better than nothing.
I wish I could say that they deserved at least 1 star but alas they don’t. The employees were rude and lazy and the coffee is worse than I’ve ever had( and I’ve had some really bad coffee ), the workers did not seem to care about anything other than their phones and were not up to par. I asked for 2 small caramel macchiatos and they were “out” of the cups and so they charged me for a large...so two little cups of coffee was a grand total of $12.64 which is a terrible price for the sad excuse of a product that we were given. There is a Starbucks down the road with great workers that actually have standards, do yourself a favor and just keep walking :) P.s all sales are final so they won’t give refunds.
Worse coffee I have ever had and the employees were unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and walk down the road to Starbucks.
I asked for a iced espresso and even paid for an extra shot to go in it, instead I was given iced coffee from a pitcher.
Almost no wait today - the gondola is broken/being maintenanced, so not many people in here. I'm not clear how they can make a latte but can't make a cappuccino, but ok. I'll say, my son's hot chocolate was actually really, really good. Somehow the mocha was not very good and the plain latte didn't taste good at all. Lady working started a little standoffish, but then she was really sweet to my kids so, all in all good service, not the most expensive coffee in town (that was at burg) but it just wasn't that good, unfortunately.
I have been in this line for about an hour and by the time i am almost to the front they said they will be closed for a break period of 45 minutes. so i walked away and sat down. then they opened back up and made the line once again and now i have been waiting in the line for about an hour and a half now and they said they will once again be on an hour break period. this is just unprofessional. it’s an abuse to the tourists and the people who spend there money on them. This time i stayed in the line and this coffee better be that good that i gotta wait 2 hours and a half for this coffee and a muffin.😒

This was closest so my husband went to get coffee with creamer. Well the rude foreigner must have done flavoring instead of creamer. It was very bitter coffee, so bad, my husband took both coffees back and they still charged us for the cups.
The woman was very rude and got the order wrong. My drink was horrible but I am not positive it was just bad or because it wasn’t close to what I ordered. I suggest you skip this place.
Worst hot chocolate ever
The coffee was really good and so was the service. The pumpkin roll was the bomb!
Very yummy and quick. Definitely better than Starbucks. Prices were pretty decent as well.
The ladies were rude asking my family and me to move out of the way, but we were in line for the tram and there was a stanchion in the way so we couldn’t move. Afterwards the ladies continued to yell and they even went as far as to push my mother out of the way.
Great brewed coffee and a friendly staff! The cookies are also very yummy.
They don't know how to pour coffee!!! Burned my hand!!! Didn't bother to say sorry or anything!
