We stopped for coffee I ask what was something she would recommend and it was delicious, wife ordered coffee too . We enjoyed the coffee and the lady was very helpful to us. Check them out as you around Gatlinburg. I can't recommend food if they sold anything cause we only got coffee.

We stopped in here a few of the mornings we were in town and really enjoyed their lattes. The service was also great; the guy who ran the front area brought us our drinks both times. 10/10, would recommend!
I went there the whole week and the whole crew Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday of week of may 1 to 4. But i went Friday and the crew was really disrespectful and made me pay 2 times for my coffee bc they messed up my coffee the first time. I am really disappointed bc the last time i went the guy was so careless and the rest of the week the guy was the sweetest and was full of joy.
Was visiting from out of town. Hands down it’s better than Starbucks!
It is extremely hard to find a business as pure as this place. Sosa is not only the most efficient bariste I’ve ever encountered, but also the most friendly. I’d recommend this business to anyone in town.

Hands down the best coffee in the area. Friendly service. They remember you, even with as many tourist as they see a day! That makes a difference! Every menu item I have tried has been awesome!

The worse coffee ever and worse customer service , he was the coffee was just hot water with smell as coffee and I asked for change for a new product on the people says I'm sorry if you don't like it you have to buy a new one. Divorce place ever so never go to that place if you want a coffee you will not get it there
Coffee was good. I got an iced latte with 1 pump gingerbread and 1 pump vanilla. Oh and of course an extra shot of espresso.
Don't be fooled by the star bucks around the corner. This is the o.g. non corporate version. Wonderful white chocolate moca. I want another.
