Loved! Great locally owned coffee shop. Cinnamon rolls are the best in the area. Really all the pastries were excellent.

This cute and cozy shop was less than 10 minutes from our cabin on our Smoky Mountain vacation, so we made several stops here during the week. The drinks (16oz and 20oz) are extremely customizable and so delicious. Came in here with my sister-in-law and baby girl and the service was impeccably friendly, they even helped walk us out to the car! Prices were very fair and the baked goods were amazing

Such a perfectly sweet little coffee shop. Delicious drinks and baked goods (of which we had many!). Very friendly staff as well. This will be a spot we return to any time we are in the area!

AMAZING. Everything about this place is amazing. Their in house baker has such great offerings from danish to donuts to sausage and gravy hand pies. Even lunch items like meatball hand pies. We've tried a lot of their items (as we always do when we are in town) and have never been disappointed. They make their own coffee drinks too with almost any flavor available.

What a gem of a coffee shop. Everything we had was delicious!!! We had the cinnamon roll and the ham/potato croissant. To drink we had the lavender blueberry lemonade as well as an iced latte…both were wonderful!!! Excellent and friendly service. We drove to this place because of the great reviews and are happy we did, you will be too!

Awesomeness abounds 😊little place with super friendly people and excellent coffee and pastries! Just a touch of the beaten path and if you don’t want to deal with downtown Gatlinburg this is well worth the short drive. Support local businesses! Great experience!

Just called in and ordered a cappuccino to takeaway - it was the best coffee I have had since moving to the US from Australia! So good!

Great place and wonderful service!!! Great girls working there!!! One thing is for sure, one guy was in there with his own mug. He had his own little cup of coffee and he was pouring the coffee from the Gatlinburg grind cup into his cup. I later talked him into giving me- actually it was a trade - his coffee mug. The ladies were astonished at my ability to cut through all the thick Accents in Tennessee. I was able to utilize my Mastery of the English language to benefit me. I mean, come on, would you look at the mug?

Ok... I talked friends into going here. Not for any ideological influence or moral imperative - no. I coerced everyone into going because I just wanted to get some coffee and, maybe a pastry. So we go in and were met by very lovely ladies who are the purveyors of this wonderful cornucopia of coffee! Then, the pastries were CRAZY. They are made with: WHOLESOME GOODNESS & DELICOUSNESS! Let that settle in, embrace that, celebrate that. We had a new coffee creation: THE HELEN DOLAN WILSON! House coffee with chickory, cinnamon, and Splenda was/is absolutely delicious. Better go soon...

This sweet little shop gave me the BEST chai latte I've ever had...and I've been around the tea world :). My boyfriend (who doesn't like coffee) was desperate for some caffeine and actually enjoyed his mocha latte! I'm back home in Nashville now and find myself considering the drive back just for more chai...I'm only half joking. That barista extraodinaire has created a monster!! We will be back if for nothing else!

A MUST STOP HERE!! The best coffee and pastries and awesome owner! Me and my husband found this lil place a couple years ago. I came to visit the area 3-8-23 and HAD TO STOP again! It was excellent as it was the first time!! (Bittersweet trip. Since my husband had passed away.) Anytime I visit Gatlinburg I WILL stop here! How blessed the locals are to have such a hidden jewel in the mountains! THANKS!! I brought others this time to try it! They loved it too!!

Are you looking for the best GOSH DANG coffee your mouth has ever experienced? Are you looking to be cradled by the sweet embrace of smooth caffeine? Look no further than Gatlinburg Grind. This little shop is bursting with flavor. I ordered a dirty chai latte and it was the absolute, hands down, most BUSSIN' dirty chai I've ever had. It was silkier than Egyptian sheets, it was more luxurious than the Queen's diamonds (RIP), and it was more velvety than a pair of Tom Ford pants. Do yourself a favor and stop in, order a coffee and a little breakfast treat and thank me later because each and every item is made with care and love. Until next time...

This is such a perfect hidden gem!!! My husband and I are visiting from Kentucky and hated how touristy downtown Gatlinburg has become and this place was like a breath of fresh air. AMAZING!
