Great coffee shop. Friendly staff. Cool tunes. First coffee shop I tried in Waynesville and I won’t go to any other ones. I love it that much.
One taste and you'll be hooked. No coffee on the US east coast is any better than Orchard Coffee in Waynesville NC. Come as quickly as you can and tell Cabell the multi year US latte art champion and coffee roaster extraordinaire hello!
A very swanky and hip coffee shop right off Main Street in Wayneville, NC. Inside was small and intimate feeling, but large enough for many people. It would be a place I’d love to go set up shop and work. The pour-over was well done, very flavorful! Much recommend!
First time visiting and the coffee and pastries were delicious and high quality. My wife and I will definitely return whenever we are in the area.

I really enjoy the mocha I had. It was the perfect blend of ingredients with each one complimenting the other. The scones we perfectly made as well. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting and un-rushed. I highly recommend this shop.
Such a cool little shop. Cool t shirts. Awesome espresso. I had to ask what the bubble water was for (it’s a pallet clenser🥳😂). Staff is super helpful and kind! Do it!! Edited*** this is my 5th day in a row drinking their espresso. I happened to just try their breakfast sandwich and my goodness…coming from New York I have to say this is by far the best breakfast sammie Ive had out this way. Also the only one but still…its darn good.
Great place to stop and get a coffee to fuel your morning or some much needed nutrients with well crafted smoothies. Staff are incredibly nice and attentive. The whole vibe is cozy comfortable with options for solo laptop carrying patrons to a few larger tables to accommodate groups. Was impressed with there options for such a small place and will certainly be back when in the area. Cheers!!!

Very friendly & cozy downtown Waynesville coffee shop. Has some breakfast items on menu and delicious baked goods. Limited items are available after breakfast.
My husband and I have been dying to try out this place for a year, and we finally made it out, and it was well worth it! What a gem to find in western North Carolina, the staff were engaging and friendly, and really great at their craft, we really enjoyed chatting with them and it made the experience that much better. The espresso tasted sweet and refreshing, my cappuccino had the most precious latte art 🥰 The atmosphere was great, they had a decently sized menu with items for everyone, and highlighted a lot of local items which is always good to see. Their coffee was so. Freaking. Good. Love to see a coffee shop excelling at what they do, praise for this place is well deserved. The chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was the best darn cookie I think I've ever had. Great shop, great people, Orchard, keep doing amazing things!
Stopped in to grab a coffee while we walked around downtown on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is very minimalistic, clean and friendly! I’m giving four stars because my chai latte was just ok. The flavor was weak and the drink wasn’t hot enough, and they didn’t have a microwave to warm it up before we headed out into the cold. A minor thing, nothing to keep us from stopping in another time.
Amazing ☕ and they work with you on how you like it made. My wife has some pretty specific tastes around coffee and once the staff dialed it in, it was perfect! Whenever anyone asks me where to go for coffee I always suggest The Orchard. I love the in house made honey cinnamon flavor. My wife likes the lavender flavor..also made in house.
Inclusive environment with an extremely welcoming atmosphere. We asked the barista for a recommendation and we tried their cinnamon & honey oat milk latte. It was a great cup of authentic coffee!
For sure the best coffee place in Waynesville/around the area. I love trying new coffee spots throughout cities we visit. We’ll be back! Tasty coffee, chill atmosphere and Cabble was fun to talk to, especially w his knowledge on coffee and love for the shop.
Came here on vacation after reading all the great reviews. Wait wasn’t long, shop was cute and small and my latte was great. Definitely visit if you can.
Being from the PNW I have had the privilege of trying many unique and delicious coffee shops. I really appreciated the vibe of Orchard Coffee. I walked in and was reminded so very much of the NorthWest. The latte I had is one of the best one I have had on this side of the country. I will be coming back here whenever I am in town. Thank you for the experience!
Lovely little coffee shop in Waynesville, NC. All the syrups are home made & the coffee & hot cocoa taste great. They add a little extra love to the top of each cup.
