One of my favorite places to visit in town. The service is amazing and so are the boba choices. My favorite is toasted marshmallow and cheesecake with whole milk and tapioca pearls topped with sweet cream... so delicious!!

We come from Raleigh and this place is incredible. The coffee is wonderful, Italian soda is delicious, and the boba is excellent. I would definitely come back.

I was looking to have some bubble tea and came across this place. The staff were so nice and helpful and my drink was delicious! Highly recommend!
The Mango pearls were delicious in a Pina Colada green tea. Friendly staff. Prices a bit steep imo for what it is, but I could say the same for Starbucks.
So sweet, very clean, and Good prices too!! Sooo many options, and very quaint and quiet. If I lived in the state, I'd be by regularly. <3
Coffee is good but the vibes in there are off. Not a sit down and enjoy your coffee place…feels like it’s the break room to someone’s office and you’re intruding. Just weird. Service is sub par.
We pretty routinely go here for bubble tea, coffee, and other custom drinks. There are two or three younger staff members that we usually see and they are always amazing. Great attitudes and they make wonderful, flavorful drinks and are always willing to make me something adventurous when I ask them to surprise me! There are two older employees here as well, a man and a woman- unfortunately, their drinks were very bland and overall... lackluster (Which is amazing considering they are using the same set of ingredients?), and their attitudes are usually short and sour (The older woman was very nice to us once though- I have to give credit. She did do pretty well with a coffee too). We have pulled up and left a few times when we see them behind the bar instead of the younger staff. I'm not sure if they are the owners that just don't want to be there, or if they are upset to be filling in for someone, but the difference is quite palpable in drink quality and service.
Love this spot!! Cute little coffee shop in the Waynesville Plaza. All about the bubble tea. I saw the sign, always wanted to try it and they did not dissapoint! Owner and all staff were super welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about thier offerings. Told her I was new to the BT, she gave me the basics...base (cream or tea), drink flavor and boba flavor, the bubbles. Had 1 she suggested, whole milk, coconut flavor and mango bobas. It was sooo good! Go check them out! Huge variety of flavors, for all drinks, all the coffees and teas!
every other time I came by for bubble tea on the way to visit family, the tapioca pearls was left to soak too long, ruining the texture and leaving half the pearls grainy and utterly unappetizing. I tolerated this until my final visit when every single pearl in the batch was ruined. When I showed this to the barista, I was told it was "still edible". This is like selling someone a burned brownie and telling them it's still edible- it's technically true, but the experience is very unpleasant and not one someone wants to pay seven freaking dollars for plus tip. I never leave negative reviews but will happily make an exception for this place.
The ladies in here are an absolute delight! 10/10 would return.

Not sure how they have such a good rating. Perhaps they had better staff in the past. To say I felt unwelcome is an understatement, it really seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered with making me a drink. Then the drink was demonstrably bad. If I were a Karen I would have taken it back in and thrown it in their faces and made YouTube but instead I’ll just cry on the internet and let it go ha.
