A great coffee shop located inside Ridgecrest Conference Center in Black Mountain. You do have to be attending an event or staying on campus to enjoy the coffee shop. They have an excellent selection of drinks and snacks too.
Terrific people Terrific coffee. Clouds Coffee Shop is located on the grounds of Ridgecrest Conference Center. You need a reservation or be a staying guest to enter the conference center property, but once you are staying here it is open to the public and staffed by some wonderful smiling faces.

I volunteered here as my friend works here and it was super easy the staff were super nice and the drinks are delicious
I have no idea what this place is (I asked the security guard who only answered me with a question of his own) because to my surprise it is behind a gate. It is not for the public. I don't appreciate this being listed at all when it's a private service. I really did drive out of my way just to be met with this confusion and leaving with more questions than answers. I recommend removing this from Google maps since only "guests" can even enter the place.

I've been here several times and am never disappointed. I have tried several smoothies and an iced Americano. It has fast wifi and a plethora of plugs for mobile devices

The cinnamon bun was delicious. The customer service was world class.
Clean, relaxing, calm atmosphere. Great coffee as well as a large selection of lattes, cappuccinos and can't forget the smoothie's. GREAT cinnamon rolls. Also has assorted sodas, juices and candy bars.Has apparel & souvenirs..wifi, outdoor seating
