I am 90% certain the bagels are just supermarket bagels. I was hoping they were made in-house or at least locally.
Haven't been here yet but I would like to go people are very pleasant downtown friendlier. Close at 3 p.m.
Wifi, fresh third wave coffee, killer sandwiches. Great place to spend an hour under headphones working or catching up an assemblyman.

Insanely good redeye with their single origin. You don't need another coffee shop in Albany. This one is great! Ham and cheese croissant was good too.

Always dog friendly, locally owned & great customer service! They recently updated their menu with great breakfast and lunch sandwiches! My favorite sandwich is the "Jerry" (Salmon, capers, cream cheese & arugula on croissant) Take your dog and sit outside at the cafe tables! 🙂
The coffee drinks at Stacks are absolutely the best I've tasted in the Capital region. Better than Starbucks. There...I said it. I am a coffee purist but their vanilla brown sugar latte is a guilty pleasure of mine.
One of the best latte’s I’ve ever had. The coffee here is so good- you can actually taste all the tasting notes in their espresso drinks; they do a beautiful job with frothing dairy alternative milks and creating latte art with it as well. The environment is very minimal but also is a spot where you could come and work for a few hours. There are plants everywhere and they have created a beautiful location to come enjoy a great cup of coffee.
Great space. Bright, spacious, clean. My breakfast sandwich, the Jay, was very tasty and reasonably priced. Drove by numerous times and glad I finally stopped in.

I love how when I go to this place I can always count on getting a fantastic sandwich named after a lovable cartoon character. Try the summer! The staff are friendly and remember my order. I can confidently walk in there and always though they have a delightful and unique drink waiting for me.
Highly skilled baristas who are also very pleasant! They actually know what a cortado is and mine was delicious.
