Excellent coffee and pastry! We got the Apple turnover, coffee of the day and an Americano- all delightful.

I got the Orange Julie Monkey which was absolutely delicious! The sandwich, Ashley’s Artichoke Melt was wonderful too- I usually don’t see artichoke as an option on sandwiches so I went for it!

The first sign of an average coffee place is a cappuccino that burns your lips. The second one is when pastry aren't fresh. For my taste the coffee was too roasted and tasted burned (sbux style). The homemade cookies were good though.

Good coffee break, nice and quiet as well. Good to bring a book to read.

I like the new location! And the food has gotten tastier even though it's the same menu. Whatever they are doing, it's working!! I recommend the Javian Tuna Melt!!

The second I saw a COFFEE ROASTER, I KNEW that MY EXPERIENCE WILL BE STELLAR. I should've got his name because he made my dirty chai perfectly. All the desserts are made fresh !!! NO MORE STARBUCKS OR DUNKIN !! ONLY PROFESSOR JAVA !!!

Very good coffee, bought a pound on the spot after tasting their bold coffee. Very friendly / professional staff. I'll be back ;-) The bacon egg and cheese sandwich wasn't all that great but we'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu 👍

Over priced and mediocre. Tried it 2 times now, I don’t think I’ll bother returning.

I met my BFF here for her birthday. It was my first time in this location. The aroma of coffee and coffee beans was welcoming and warming on a cold morning. I like the intimacy, and the comfort I feel as soon as I arrive. My friend was impressed with the experience as well. Coffee choices, dessert, sandwiches and great staff made this a wonderful experience. I will be telling everyone to visit this shop.

I really like professor Java. They are in a new location. The old location was so comfy and felt like home. The new location is definitely updated and designed to compete with modern corporate coffee houses. I would recommend the smoothies. Located meat capital buffet.

PJs was recommeded by friends in the area so I thought I would give it a try. I got an ice coffee and it was outstanding, the chicken and cheese quesadilla on the other hand was gross. 1. it was on a tortilla but on a wrap. 2. It was made with american processed cheese not Monterrey, 3. the chicken tasted like it was never grilled, flavorless and slimy, perhaps microwaved. It was hands down the worst. I only ate 2 bites. Glad my chips and coffee were great!

Just terrible. Ordered a breakfast sandwich for $9.00 that I could’ve gotten at Dunkin Donuts for half the price.

The lattes here were awesome. I was in Albany for 2 days and made sure to stop in both days. If ever visiting again I would make it a point to stop in!

What's the point of their Quesadillas and wrap if they are literally the same thing. Also they use pasteurized milk products passed off as cheese, White American, not even real cheese for the quesadilla. Also menu doesn't tell you they use wraps not tortillas and automatically come with the green wraps not white or wheat. Very odd. Coffee was good, but beans they use are literally sitting in bins uncovered by the roaster.

Customer service was exceptional, she was very patient and even recommended some good choices. We ordered two medium drinks, a panini, and two large bakery items and spent $30.00😋 food was delicious and freshly made. Drinks were good. Gave a city vibe, paired with Harry Potter atmosphere. You walk in place your order, they call you up when it is ready. They use regular plates to serve you food, but still disposible cups for drinks. There are a lot of different rooms/ areas to sit as well. Overall nice Cafe
