Deb is Easy Going!
they spilled how many thousands of gallons of gasoline into our environment and they get to stay? we have plenty of gas stations. their staff is always grumpy
I tried to pay at the pump. I tapped my card. Then pushed the button of which gas I wanted. It began to pump and play the advertisement on the screen. Then I finished. It didn't print a receipt. But a lot of times it doesn't. So I drove away. Later I noticed to charge had not shown up in my credit card notifications. So I called the store. Asked to pay with credit card. The person said we cannot do that. I was trying to be honest. They were not accommodating. I ended up sending cash to pay for it. I will NOT go back there again!!
I could not agree more with the other poor reviews of this store. Although I do not live in Ely I have stopped at this store many many times over the years. Today was my last. Poorly run, poorly maintained, diesel pump nozzle gross, dirty, trash overflowing, no ice, cooler with HUGE gaps in inventory, signage on all of the doors telling clients they are closing early because they don’t have enough help, and staff who give you their backs without a proper thank you. The store runs on old inertia only. Much better service at Lucky 7.
Extremely rude general manager every time I go in there to buy a pack of smokes I constantly get harassed will not be coming back after this morning assuming I'm buying for some one under 21 because I buy cigs twice a day strongly recommend if u are gonna go to a gas station in ely go to lucky 7 if u dont wanna constantly get harassed they treat there customers like people mind u applied at this location back a month ago and was turned down for what I would assume was very unprofessional grounds
Very good location while staying at the Motel Ely. Bree was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Recommend some local restaurants to us! 5 star service.
WORST MANAGER EVER- NEVER A SMILE OR A THANK YOU!! I'm in customer service myself and how one treats their customers is very important to me. Her and her employees are ALWAYS SO GRUMPY. Plus they BASICALLY have no reward program- everyone nowadays has one. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
Had an awesome experience with Curtis tonight, after a 6 hour drive we were greeted by Curtis while he was cleaning and stocking the coffee area. He was very friendly and helpful with our questions of the area and finding things in the store! We gave him an excellent rating in the store and I wanted to make sure to give him a great review on google because he was fabulous. Thank you again and happy holidays! Sorry for spilling the hot cocoa.
Wouldn't even let us throw some pop cans into trash can on our way into store.
Good selection of snacks
Pretty regular visitor to a variety of Holiday gas stations. I am in Ely frequently, and have stopped at the Holiday station there hundreds of times over the years. My past 8-10 visits have all been notably poor. The people are often curt and unhelpful. Stocking isn't the best. I will now be fully converted to Lucky 7.
