One of the best scones we have had - somehow we missed stopping in on our last trip to Ely but now will be on my permanent must visit list. Took some cookies to go for after snow shoeing snack - amazing and gluten free - highly recommend the maple pecan cookie. Customer service was friendly and provided suggestions for activities in town.

My husband and I purchased dinner rolls for Thanksgiving here and they were phenomenal! The service here is excellent, and the baked goods and coffee are delicious. I'm so grateful we have Brainstorm Bakery here in Ely, MN. Thanks for all that you provide!

I love the vibe of the kindly folks who work there, as well as not overloading their baked goods with sugar. Just a little, not a lot. And of course all of their gluten free cookies.

The owners are really great people. The granola is tasty. My favorite is Kissypoo. We tried their sourdough last time and it was awesome. I’d recommend stopping at their cute shop for coffee & a cookie.

The shop is cute and has so many goodies! We stopped by and had some coffee, hot chocolate, a couple cookies, 2 brownies and a pound of Kissypoo Chocolate granola. Super neat to meet Andrea. We'll definitely stop back when in the area and awesome to know they sell in bulk plus are available in coops in the cities!

While visiting Ely I noticed the signs advertising Crapola brand granola in the grocery store (Zup's) and there's a brochure for the Crapola World Headquarters at the Ely Welcome Center that made it seem like a fun place to check out. We were surprised the outside of the building they're in looks nothing like the brochure, apparently they just moved to a new (to them) building. But inside is very nice, it's a small bakery that also has smoothies, and they were selling 4 flavors of their granola, and tshirts. We picked up a bag of Kissypoo (chocolate raspberry) granola and it's tasty, although the Crapola name/brand isn't anywhere on the package. Not sure I'd go out of my way to stop in again.
