Sort of the old school organic health food store. Friendly folks, nice mix of foods and herbs. Worthwhile to stop by. These places are fading .

Great place to get everything you need. Great bulk and local selection. If the big stores don't have your item for dietary restrictions go here.

The cafe corner is open again! Good quality products, nice & helpful staff, lots of produce from local farms, a whole aisle of bulk. Great fr ppl seeking local, organic, thoughtfully-sourced, those with specific dietary restrictions, or just wanting to generate less plastic trash. Lots of stuff for kitchen DIYers, too: sprouting, yeast, specialty flours and more. Members get discounts & volunteers get bigger discounts!

Kind of gone downhill. If there's one person in the aisle you can't get by them and one guy was just sitting there examining vitamins for way too long. Hard to show up and use a cart and do serious shopping there. And I don't think a lot of that food is health food at all. For example, they don't have non-fat plain yogurt. What? It's either going to have sugar in it or quite a bit of cream. The fresh vegetable department. The day I was there was not as good as that at Port Clyde general store. Not as much variety not as well. Kept. Not as much love. Although probably more organic. The meat department has a lot of sausages and things like that. A lot of high fat goat milk. Too much cosmetics and things like that. Considering that half the population over 50 has high blood pressure which is contributable to high sodium, I can't believe there's almost no low sodium choices. I don't even think they sell potassium chloride there, which is a salt alternative. Kind of store I would like to buy so I could revise it. Get people around here eating healthier. Too many chips, sweet things, their soup is loaded with sodium. I don't need a muffin when I go in there. I think over time what sells well has taken over and people don't make the best choices these days. Don't forget your hardcore customers. I spend major bucks when I go in there. Or at least would like to

Great selection of veg and locally farmed meat, and containerless cleaners, syrups and others. They carry dear dairy, my personal favorite ice cream. Good prices.

Pretty good selection of natural products and produce. But how can they justify $6.95 for half gallon of soy milk or a loaf of bread. Too rich for my income!
