Wonderful customer service. We waited a bit (seemed like we were tail end of a rush), but the kid working communicated he needed to wash a blender and was so polite. Wish I got his name. Also took down my smoothie real quick. Delicious. Thank you!

Ate here for lunch in July. Came based on the menu posted on their website. Unfortunately we found it was outdated and what was actually available to be much smaller. The menu listed inside the cafe was also out of date. So it was a bit disappointing as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th things I would have gotten weren’t available. We split an açaí bowl and I got the steamed veggie bowl. Both were yummy. The açaí bowl was a good size. The veggie bowl looked completely different from what the photo online was. Flavor was good but it lacked substance. White rice, and a few small veggies with baby spinach. It didn’t fill me up so I wish I had ordered something else. I’m pleased to find a vegan and gluten-free option in town, and grateful for the staff who was super accommodating and kind. I recognize the last year was tough, and hopefully this place can get back to a more full menu with all the yummy photos I saw online. Thanks for having compostable ware (although I don’t know if there are any commercial composting places available.) Ate outside at one of two tiny tables. Nice a quiet spot.

Super friendly staff, the menu seems to be outdated both online and in store, my wrap was good but smaller than I anticipated based on the online photos.

Enrolled in the 90 minute 26+2 hot yoga class while in Rockland for work. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and welcoming. Leslie’s class was excellent and she was able to notice errors in my novice form and quickly correct them. Cafe drinks were great, as was the Dragon Bowl. If I lived in Rockland, I’d be a regular.

Though the first personnel member was not super friendly or helpful (there was no more rice and no alternative for lunch), the food is really really good and they make some great smoothies. Walk in yoga is possible, and also very clean spaces. Everything seems freshly made.

Popped in to see if there was a class available and there was! Great class. I am not a regular at hot yoga but this was really nice. I highly recommend. Juice bar is great too!

juices were great, so was the girl who helped me. we bonded over cameras and stars. 10/10 would recommend buying two juices every day, one is never enough...

In from out of town. I took Sarah Gnerre's 60 minute morning class. She is great. Top notch yoga instructor. What a class! Attention to form was great. Studio was clean and comfortable. But for me, its all about the instructor. Can't say enough about Sarah. I want to throw her in my suitcase and take her back to St. Louis. Smoothie on the way out, what more can you ask?

Well, the quality of food is fairly good! Some things are way over priced though. I’d say juices and smoothies are a good deal but the food portions are small for what you’re paying. Not sure who is working there in current past few weeks but when I was in town there were rather inexperienced/unskilled people working in cafe. Try and hire someone who knows something about health food and how to make it. Especially since this is a “yoga” studio cafe there should probably be more conscious individuals preparing food if you understand that our energy goes into our creations, into the food we make- which is a powerful thing so id try and find some centered individuals to be touching the food. Oh and some less harsh chemicals for cleaning would probably be more appropriate for the environment you’re trying to create

So happy that Earth Candy was there in Rockland! I was able to get a terrific juice on my vacation! Staff was so happy that I felt my juice was made with love. We made sure to come back through this town to get more juices & smoothies on our way out of town. Thank you!

My wife has been practicing bikram yoga for 5 years in NY. It absolutely fixed her back problems and enabled her to run a marathon. This past year she’s really embraced the meditative aspect of yoga. I’ve started up again in an effort to deal with back and hip problems as I attempt my first marathon. Each summer we visit the Camden / Rockport area. We were so excited to see that a hot yoga studio had opened. The atmosphere at Earth Flow and Fire was absolutely wonderful! Leslie was so kind and welcoming. She took time with each of us to point out adjustments that made a huge difference. I never would have been able to run the hills of Hope and Lincolnville without my visit to the yoga studio. And my wife absolutely loved the Namaste smoothie. We wish the studio great success and encourage everyone in the area to check it out!

Beautiful hot room with great air intake! The owner explained to me how the system works to keep fresh oxygenated air in the room circulating and flowing, so it’s never stale or oxygen-deprived. The juice bar is also fantastic - great vegan options and delicious smoothies. Try the Self Expresso, Carpe Diem and the Namaste!
