Me and my friend were on a road trip and stopped by here right before they closed. We had called ahead to let them know and the staff was super accommodating in letting us place an order over the phone. I believe Andy was the one to check us out and they were also very kind in helping us make sure we had everything for our order. On top of all of that the food and drinks were delicious and exactly what we needed! Would definitely stop here again!
Excellent donuts that are made fresh to order!
Always a great experience here! We ordered two days in a row recently for pick up. Customer service was on point and our order was ready on time. The orders were for friends of ours both times and they loved the donuts that we got them! They also catered our wedding. Great service and products!
Phenomenal service, amazing donuts. I stopped for a quick meeting with a colleague and had a tasty treat with my morning caffeine!
This place is amazing. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry, come when you’re fine being on island time and it’s worth the wait. Everyone was super nice and the breakfast panini was fantastic, the donuts are a 20 out of 10 and the coffee is wonderful!
Delicious, hot mini donuts. I’m a fan of the classic flavors, but they offer something for every taste. Yummy!
The donuts were delicious, the coffee was pretty good, and the breakfast burrito was surprisingly one of the yummiest I've had in awhile! May have to make this a frequent stop when we visit Des Moines. The customer service was ok, but I felt like some of the younger staff were a bit nonchalant/rude.
Absolutely amazing place. Donuts were warm and fresh. Kiddo and I ordered iced coffees- the ice was made with coffee to keep it from watering down the other coffee! Honey donuts and maple bacon donuts were just out of this world. Pricey for all of this, but SOOOOOO WORTH IT. Plan to be regulars here. A++!

1st visit today with group of friends. Enjoyed the 🍩 very much and the ☕️ was excellent too. Very friendly staff. Will be back.
Worst customer service and a long wait times. Don't even acknowledge when you would get your order. Latte was watery and no taste of coffee even i paid for extra espresso shot. My wife had a similar experience before. Only donuts are good there. I won't recommend for a coffee this place.

Even though it was getting late in the morning, the place was still busy and the smells were fantastic! The good news is that your donuts are made to order and very fresh (or you can get some that were previously made), the bad news is that you need to wait about 20 minutes to get your freshly-made order. Very unique donuts with a wide variety of toppings to satisfy almost any taste buds. This place will definitely put a smile on your face when these tasty bite-sized donuts are combined with a delicious cup of coffee. You can't go wrong with a stop here. The donuts are AMAZING. So light and fluffy with the perfect toppings. There was one guy when we went and he greeted us upon entry and was very friendly when taking our order and bringing out the donuts. Very cute decor, we sat by the door in the comfy chairs. We had the Cinnamon Lava (my favorite), Northshore Sprinkles, S’more Shoreline, and Strawberry (forgot the actual name but these were my boyfriend’s favorite) 10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys donuts, will have to go back to try a coffee or drink soon!
Friendly and Fast, however you cannot pick each flavor you would like to try. You have to order three of the same flavor at the same time.
The coffee was okay, however it didn't remind me of Hawaiian coffee that I have experienced while in Maui. The 100% Hawaiian coffee was very fruity, almost to the point I thought it was an added flavor. Prices were reasonable. The interior had a typical strip mall feel. Bathrooms are outside the actual business, up the stairs next to other businesses.

I swear every time I go here it's a different experience it depends who's working for how quality the food and coffee will be today my caramel macchiato and cinnamon lava Donuts were disgusting

Dope spot with pretty good donuts! Def a nice hole in the wall spot in the nicer part of West Des Moines. Wish there were more unique cafes open like this in the metro area. I see they close fairly early, my strong suggestion is I think this place would really thrive as a late night spot (open till 10-11PM on the weekends or something) as a late night hangout spot. Can’t imagine how busy it would get on weekends nights after high school football games or with weekend Jordan creek traffic. $$ for y’all, especially with how much prices have increased at hurts donuts over the past few years
Donuts made to order, so they come out warm and fresh. A variety of flavors to choose from. They also have a vast beverage menu. Fast and friendly service as well. Check it out!
