I absolutely love Hyper. The workers are incredibly sweet and I’ve never tasted a bad drink from them. A must!
I absolutely love this place! Not only do they have some of the best drinks in town, they also have the best staff! Everyone working there is always so kind and excited to serve you. 10/10 recommend! ALSO, kat working today was absolutely WONDERFUL. Mondays are rough for everyone and she completely made my whole day this morning. Thank you Kat!!!

This place is great! The drinks are delicious and are just the right blend of flavors. Best part is the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager. She is one of the nicest, most beautifully outgoing people you will find and they are lucky to have her. We stop here many times a week. Rewards program is well worth signing up for. So glad they are here in WDM.

I come to hyper everyday and love the staff there and the drinks they come up with. Cat and Sammy were really helpful to me and make me wanna come back everyday. I’d definitely Recommend coming here!

Just went for our first time. We got the pink power and solar strawberry and a crème brûlée muffin top. Everything was great- definitely going back!

Yummy drinks. Can get without caffeine as well. Their muffin top desserts are really tasty too.
Place is new to town. Went a few times before this time. Loved it. However after this last time i won't be back Not many coffee shops are open in town past 2pm or 4pm. Hyper is. So I want a late night coffee. Head to hyper. 10 minutes from my house past all the closed competition. Get there. Order my coffee at 6pm. "We sorry we have cleaned and closed our expresso machine for the day" You guys don't close for another hour but are already closing the coffee part? Ridiculous.
I went through the hyper drive through and usually I look forward to going to hyper every day as all of the employees are usually kind and the drinks are yummy. But the store manager Sammy was indescribably rude when I asked for my drink (that I get every day) to be re made. I am furious. She should be fired immediately, and if I owned a small business like this I would be disgusted. I will not be going back to this hyper.
Love this place! Had a great latte made by Kevin today, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was right. He made me my coffee and then helped me change my flat tire in the parking lot. Outstanding service! Five stars.

Every time I have made my way to the West Des Moines Hyper, I have been greeted with incredible customer service. Ellie is always there with a smile and Cael makes me laugh all the way home! The caffeine is great and the company is even better :)
My daughter loves this place so I thought I'd try it out. I asked the energista, Cece to make me a surprise drink and it was so good! She provided me with great service and was willing to help me out with the menu - will be stopping by again soon!
