If I could give it zero stars I would.. over half the time they are closed… the times they are open they tell us they don’t have any of their drink supplies they don’t speak English like hardly at all. Today while at the laundromat next door we saw the lady unlock the door go in, turn on the open sign and when a customer went in and shortly after came out with nothing the lady who opened the store quickly locked up but left the open sign on customers are being turned away all day long. I can’t believe it’s still being run under the name Gloria genes when these people can’t even make a single drink
went here and was surpised to find some flys roaming around the display of baked good..... NO THANK YOU extra protein YUCK
Came in at 2:30, they adjusted their hours so they close way too early on Sundays at 4. All the pastries were wrapped so I went over to the food menu. The person at the counter who had her jacket and headphones on like they were ready to walk out the door said they weren't serving food. What? Just close the location already at this point.
My friend and I Really wanted Gloria Jean's Coffee, because we haven't had one in a long time. Well that was amistake, we waited in line for over 15 minutes. Then my friend had to go inside to order. And a lady was working and see didn't understand English or something. "Not being rude" and after we got our drinks and tried them they were gross! 🤮🤮🤮! DO BETTER GLORIA JEAN'S!
While my Madagascar Vanilla chiller is good, the staff didn’t make the drinks in front of us. We suspect the drip coffee was microwaved. There were flies on the cheesecake in the display case. Bathroom was littered with napkins all over the ground and no clean paper towels in the dispenser. We will not be coming back.

Wasn't open. Sign said they were supposed to be open and No one was around. No signage to say sorry or anything!! Terrible customer service!!!
Went through drive through no answer but their window was open. Went inside there were no lights on, the guy didn't give me the right change and had to repeatedly tell him he owed me money. He didn't know how to make the drink and kept looking at a stack of papers which I assume had the directions. I get my drink no whipped topping and no caramel and when I asked for it he said we are out and he just turned his back on me. Definitely not coming back here this business has gone down hill quickly and worse they are never open for the hours that are listed. I should've just gone to the Meijer Gloria Jeans at least they are open and make the drinks right and don't try to rip you off when it comes to your change.
I ordered a mango smoothie here and the girl just stared at me and made some weird yogurt cream drink instead and when she gave it to me I told her I asked for a mango smoothie and she just kinda stared, I wanted to be nice so i just took it and left and threw it away at my class, made me sad cus I like their smoothies and spent $7. I’ve had problems in the past with this location, the other Gloria jeans around here are good though just not this one
Waited at drive through sign with no response.called out at open window. No response. Went in. Was told that mic was broken by worker sitting at table with all her stuff around. Lights were out. Was told they didn’t have my 45 cents change after she took my order and asked if that’s alright. Asked for a coffee. Got a latte. Come on.
Coffee is good. When they *choose* to be open is my main issue with this location. I’ve read the reviews and noticed the updated business name with varying hours included. I personally don’t think a business should be run this way where people have to hope and guess if they should waste their time driving to the location. Owner: Utilize the Google posts option on your google my business page and keep people informed that way if you’ll be open or not.
They haven’t been open for weeks and weeks and weeks now and always say they are open at the store and online, does anyone even work there anymore lol
Could barely speak English. The drinks we ordered were both wrong. Made me miss the 90s when we had amazing service. Picture of what was supposed to be an ice cap:/ horrible service I will never be back!
Can't even change prices on signs, I walked out cause I'm not paying 10 bucks for a medium coffee!
I love your coffee just very upset that you guys are barely open anymore. I understand being understaffed but I even try calling the number listed online to see if you guys are open before driving out of my way to see and the number is no longer in service. If the number is no longer correct that should be changed and so should your ours listed online.
Can imagine keeping workers in small businesses is a challenge these crazy days. Hope to find them open next time I have an urge.

The coffee is good. Unfortunately, they're never open when they are supposed to be. March 31st, once again not open. April 1st, closed. Thinking maybe I just find a new coffee shop at this point. Using covid as an excuse must be nice. Especially when the problem is poor management.
The sign says OPEN and I got to the door it’s closed. Such a waist of my time.
I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with a tiny tinge of coffee. I was very upset that I spent $6.15 on hot water :(
