Really wonderful coffee. Ordered a latte and it was delicious and my fiance ordered the avocado toast and was not disappointed! Reason for 4 stars, is that there were no gluten free options for food. Not even individually wrapped pre made items.

Such good coffee. Avocado toast is awesome too! Sometimes it's a long wait, but it's worth it.

Coffee Hound makes really good coffee—probably the best in town. However, the place is all about waiting, waiting, and more waiting with only one register and one person to make the coffee even at the most crowded times. Unfortunately, nobody else seems to complain and that gives the place no initiative to change, but I hope more and more will notice and be vocal about the long wait times in this chain.

Coffee is always amazing! Only 4/5 due to few experiences of barista stopping making drinks to do other tasks? Oh 🐋

It seems Coffee Hound would benefit from a bit of proper supervision. The baristas seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than brewing coffee. In our most recent trip, the barista's friends came in and were allowed to bypass the line. That's a frustrating experience when you're in a hurry. I have not been enjoying my experiences in the spring 23 semester.

Exquisite cortado and the avocado toast was on point. The staff was cool and friendly.

It's Coffee Hound. What else is there to say? By far the BEST coffee in B N. House Cortado is still my go to. Amazing. Uptown isn't as cozy as downtown but same friendly service.

Waaaaaay changed. Used to be a pleasant place with good coffee. Now the coffee is consistently stale and sour, and the pastries are hard as rocks and taste like cardboard. The display case and the counters and tables are all filthy and scattered here and there, and the food looks days old. There are no labels in the display case. The bathrooms are filthy. The baristas clearly don't care. The place used to be really nice. It used to be a fun and clean and cozy and bustling and friendly place to sit and meet people. It is no longer that. It is loud, unpleasant, and just truly sad. What a monumentally depressing shadow of its former self. What a shame.

Amazing. Great coffee and both sweet and unsweet pastry. I had one with caramelized onions and feta. Highly recommended!

The cold brew smacks. Better pricing than Starbucks. Better kick too.

Got a large black coffee and it came out to almost $10. I think the barista was fed up and just didn’t care what she charged me. No big deal when Starbucks and Coffee House are right next to it.

The barista always wants my name. I observe. She never wants from anyone else. Why do they want from me only? Is it xenophobia? I am here for two years and I often visit your cafe. I always ask for extra hot coffee. I get warm at best.

I enjoyed the environment that includes plenty of tables to study or socialize. Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for coffee and pastries. I had the cafe cortado and a chocolate croissant.

On an Alumni visit to ISU we decided to stop in at the Coffee Hound for a quick cup... First visit, quick service, clean shoppe, Redbird Latte and a Cold brew, everything was excellent.

Always a favorite when in BloNo! How can you be out of cold brew! Oh well, son bought a hat. Products are very good (when in stock). This is a college town so many locals / students on the laptops. Nice environment. We will return.

Employee taking orders decided to yell about masks. So we left and went to star bucks. Been to downtown Bloomington a lot but wont be back to either. No mandates and if they choose masks we wont be back ever to either.

They should rename themselves "Commie Coffee" If you love China definitely come here, if you love America find coffee somewhere else. Do not support communist. ***Was denied service due to a medical condition. Went to biaggis instead and got a hazelnut liqueur latte soooooo good came with an almond biscotti and they didn't deny me service. I had an amazing time with the bartenders there at 11a.m.. enjoy the italian donuts for breakfast...to die for with a gourmet coffee.
