It’s alright, but for the price I would expect a higher quality boba. Haven’t had anything else here, but to speak on the boba it is heavily iffy, some days it’s good other days you get whole ice chunks in your drink and hard, frozen tapioca pearls. Some areas of improvement: warm up the boba pearls, offer different sweetness levels, blend drinks more. Pictured are ice cubes from my “taro snow” boba drink.
I love the updated decor and their later hours than most local coffee shops. I had a wonderful chai tea and Ivy Lane honey scone. It's great that they support other local businesses.

Grabbed a couple of drinks, and they are reasonably priced. Best boba here in Normal.

The cappuccino was very good, but the bubble milk tea was too sweet. Although different flavors might taste better.

Chill coffee shop that also sells boba. Great prices and tons of seating. Working here or catching up with friends here is nice.
I love this place, but this is the first time that I had a bad experience. I ordered a 3 everything bagel here, I know there are many ppl are waiting, but the way you guys make my everything bagel is very bad. The bagel was burnt, and so hard that it was difficult to eat, I could taste the burnt taste of the cake. Again, I really like this place, the coffee and milk tea are delicious, I hope you will pay more attention when serving customers.
One of the best local coffee place in Normal, Bloomington. I especially love their tea collection.

Ordered 160zs coffee only got one 8ozs coffee. Called them, they tried today the foam dissapated. It took us 5 mins to get home and the foam was overflowing. I poured into my coffee cup at home which is 8ozs and the coffee filled it perfectly. They refused to offer reimbursement. Not another coffee. Disgusting business. Terrible customer service. Never again. If you are struggling that much keep the $4. You must need it.

This is a must stop for my husband when we go back to his hometown. We go back multiple times in our visit. There are seasonal flavors and flavors commer ial places for boba just don't do. (I appreciate that there are things that truly are fusion in this, there are traditional boba drinks--ie taro, milk teas, matcha, etc--but also flavors that are more western culture--ie grape, [seriously I didn't think grape was western until I looked for it on boba menus] candy cane, pumpkin, coffee, etc). You also don't have to get boba style drinks, there are more traditional coffee shop drinks there too. We would love this place to franchise. Even if it wasn't closer to us we would be cheering them on. Also I am picky, I don't like texture in my drink so I don't order texture, the drinks stand on their own! Every other boba place we've gone to kind of rely on the boba or other textures in the drink to do the heavy lifting. These aren't too sweet, they aren't ready to punch with weird aftertaste. Picky food-stuff person approved. :)
My green apple snow was delicious as always. It's been almost a decade since I visited fusion Brew. Unfortunately, the baristas behind the counter seemed to be annoyed that I was interrupting their good time by placing my order. Won't happen again and I sincerely apologize.
We came in for an outing with our special needs students. The staff was awesome! The staff and other customers were very patient and respectful of our students!

I've always loved Fushion Brew. They make online ordering real easy and the service is always great! I love their snows and milk teas best. I always add boba and it's a fun treat.
