Wrong entrance, had to go around as directed by a Barista. Pretty good coffee, accompanied by a half shot of hazelnut. I hadn't wanted it too sweet. Can't imagine what's its like with the extra half! Basic drive thru.
I drink Dutch every morning for the last 10 years, I recently moved and this location is the closest to my new house. I’ve been going to this location for 7 months, today I had an important appointment that I had couldn’t be late for, I gave myself just enough time to grab my coffee. The line was extremely long at least 16 cars deep. So I parked and walked up, mind you it’s pouring rain and 30 degrees. So I’m the only window order, placed my typical drink, even discussed how I was in a rush. Also tipped my usual amount and waited. I counted at least 8 employees working. 6 minutes past, then 10 minutes and the car line keeps getting longer as I watched people that were in their car just pull up and get coffee before me. I had to ask one of the girls to just refund my order, because 12 minutes for a walk up coffee is insane. She looked me dead in my eyes and said ya.. we don’t prioritize walk up orders.. I then asked where my order was in the line and she said after all the cars have gone through the car line. If you guys don’t have the staff to handle one walk up order, probably should just close that walk up window. Also when she handed me my change she shorted me the tip and muffin top. I’d recommend driving a little farther for coffee.
LOVE this location. Unfortunately the reason why I rated this location 2 stars is because I went through there yesterday, (03/12) and ordered my medium oatmilk honey kicker - absolutely delicious, no complaints. However, my mom went through about an hour later, ordered the same drink (we both had the same man make it - red head with some facial hair) and he told my mom it was made with oatmilk when in fact it wasn't. (We can tell what milk our drinks are made with by color). Now I get it, places get busy and things get messed up. But as a person who has worked in the food industry, if you don't know exactly what you're handing your customer and you say it's the correct order when in fact it's not. SUPER unprofessional and it takes your customer service down a few notches. We don't spend almost $7 on our drinks to have to dump them down the drain. If things need to be double or even triple checked, then do it. I HAVE to have oatmilk as I have a severe dairy allergy and I come to dutch because they are THE B O M B - same with my mom. But I'm a little ticked off as this is not the first time this has happened. Your customers know what their drinks are made with just by the color of the drink - if you are asked if it's made correctly, make sure it is. Check your stuff guys!
Is the only one of these places that the baristas aren't that friendly. Plus made my drink incorrect . $7.16 and they can't get it right!!!
I asked for a large chai golden eagle with extra chai and was handed a medium chai tea with caramel and milk. I ordered a coffee drink not a tea. The golden eagle is a coffee there was no coffee period especially when I needed that pick me up. Very upset. Will not be back.
The drink was great. Very nice baristas. The service was fast.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because of how excellent there coffee is! But what I don’t like is when you have an employee say “I can’t finish the transaction unless you leave a tip” umm. So your refusing to give us our drinks unless we give you a tip? And also when you pay with a card your asked would you like to leave a tip? “No pressure” but this was Unacceptable. Again coffee is excellent but the employees need more training when it comes to asking for tips!

This is my favorite location. All the employees are out of this world. They show they really care about their regulars and their lives. I’ve never once had a bad experience here but everytime I’m having a bad day I go here to make my day better and it always works.
10/10 so nice, would recommend. my friend also gives it a 10/10
Best coffee ever
We frowned when we heard, "No more pumpkin spice." The barista recommended horchata (sp.) Chai latte. WOW! We'll have THAT one again! Good call!
Lines are always so long but they get you through fast with a friendly atmosphere and great drinks!
Dutch isn't usually my go-to, but I've always been pleased when I hit this location. I don't mind people listening to whatever they want when they are working, but admittedly the loud tunes blasting outside is something I've never been a fan of. I can hear myself think when it's time to order, so the loud jams from the window itself don't bother me. Maybe I'm weird for this, but it's worth mentioning in case it's not just me. Such a shallow thing aside, the coffee itself is what I come here for and I leave happy every time. They are always very patient and friendly when I ask about dairy-free this or that. No "probably", just yes, no, or may contain traces.
Fast service and very friendly employees :) I've never had a problem with them. This is one of my go-to locations.
They just sit and talk while the line is moving! Also the coffee was terrible; it was simultaneously burnt and had no flavor!
