Foods usually pretty great. There are a few exceptions but it's generally one of my favorites. Cinnamon rolls are immaculate. The employees are always friendly, even if I walked in on one of them in the bathroom. The vibes really do make the shop though. Decoration, lighting, everything is all very stylized and amazing.
Nice workers, but the drinks taste like acid
Great coffee and food. The employees are super nice. They’re open early. The only thing I’d shy away from on the food menu is the breakfast burrito- seems premade and not my favorite. The alchemist bar, protein bar, all the toast variations and the cinnamon roll are amazing or look amazing!
Really enjoyed the coffee and hanging out. The atmosphere is great for study or conversation with a friend.
This is the third Alchemist location I’ve visited and it’s just as cute as the others! I love the trendy artwork adorning the walls. My hibiscus tea was delicious!
Ninna and the staff are just phenomenal. Personal, thoughtful and provide a great community. Great atmosphere for writing, exceptional beverages, and comfortable aesthetics. A family of writers/students favorite.
I’ve wanted so badly to like this place, but it keeps coming up short. The breakfast burritos are ok, the coffee is less ok. The staff is terrible. They’re slow and, unfortunately, pretty rude about it. I’ve tried four times, hoping that I caught them on a bad day, but this has been consistent. I don’t recommend this establishment.

The worker here is AMAZING! I could tell she loves her job. She made me a delicious lavender coconut steamer. The shop is very comfortable and clean to sit and relax. Their cinnamon rolls are HUGE! You could feed a family of four with them!

Comfortable setting. Nice decor. A lot of interesting options for coffee drinkers. Basic loose leaf teas. Nice addition to Eagle.

The Treasure Valley NEEDS places like this. Such a unique environment. The coffee was great, the cinnamon roll was the best I’ve ever had, and the person who made my coffee was so kind. Support your people, Boise!
So excited The Alchemist is now in Eagle! The customer service here is unbeatable, the coffee is best in the valley, and such a variety of food options (including vegan!). Such good vibes all around!
Coffee was good (cappuccino a little weak but nice flavor). Garden burrito was pretty good, avocado toast wasn’t great : avocado was bland and the bread was stale. Service was friendly.
Best coffee I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is unlike anything else around. My absolute favorite place to visit and work or grab and go. Staff and owner and amazing as well. Cheers.
