A simple chew with out the bathroom run, to my eyes wide open. Amazing taste of coffee from the Espresso Bites. Got my order to California within 4 days.

repeated coffee's and no peaberry sent during subscription, no response to emails asking why what is stated in your FAQ was not what was actually sent to members. Your coffee may taste great, but your customer service sucks. Edit to add: these are the coffees that I received in Sept 2022 (roasted in Aug 22) and Oct 2022 (roasted in Sept 22), as you can see, neither one is a peaberry. Also, the last email I received from you (other then marketing) was on January 11th. My last email to you was on January 27th. My subscription started Feb 2022 and ended Feb 2023.

Best coffee on Big Island hands down. Flavors are deep, rich and delicious. Favorite is Ka’u Morning Glory and Pueo Espresso

Big Island Coffee Roasters, and their vast selection of unique gourmet, artisan coffees is our portal to the Big Island when we’re longing for our “home away from home”. (Which is always)

I held my subscription for about 18 months. Big Island was great with communication and promptness. I'm a tough critic when it comes to coffee. No matter what I say below - this was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend it to anybody reading. Of the 18, I felt 3 were the best coffee I've ever tasted. I didn't really keep track of the brands. However, there were also 3 that were about as good as $10/pound hula girl coffee at the grocery store. Don't get me wrong - I like hula girl coffee. It's just, don't expect them all to be 10/10. But I mean, it's like that in a wine club or Grateful Dead show or whatever. The rest of the coffees were in some awesome place but not exactly perfect.

As long time coffee aficionado and home roaster, I have wonderful memories of divine Kona coffee experiences. Sadly, this was not one. Though I tried desperately with many different brewing methods and ratios to get the Kona peaberry to reveal the true Kona essence, the beans were incapable of going there. When I contacted customer service I was met with an argumentative response, which seems so unusual in today’s retail world. Brandon first attempted to tell me that I didn’t know anything. When that failed he dutifully recited draconian policies akin to a company that only cares about their own bottom line and not the customers. Oh well, I wasted some money and ended up disappointed and annoyed. Buyer beware.

I'm extremely disappointed I ordered a 5-lb bag of coffee from them last month by the website it showed it was $225 per 5 lb not my mistake it's with their website said went to order another 5 lb bag and the young lady tells me it's 249 for a 5-lb bag That's quite a jump and it's too bad because the coffee is actually decent but I'm taking my business back to Hawaiian Queen coffee which is grown on their own farm and roasted fresh..!

I had a terrific first experience ordering coffee from BICR. I received my coffee here in Michigan about 4-5 days after I ordered it. The packaging was so nice I almost hated to open the bag of coffee, but I was very happy I did! The coffee is great, and I will definitely be back again for more! The bag also had the roast date printed on it. Everything arrived exactly as advertised!

Simply gorgeous. Hands down the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted (or smelled!!) A friend just got back from Hawaii and brought me a gift from Big Island Coffee Roasters- a bag of “Barrel-aged KA’U” coffee, in which the tasting notes claimed “barrel-aged rum, dried fig & dark chocolate”. Sounds intriguing-but I had NO IDEA of how on-point and intense those tasting notes were! I literally smelled a dark, woody rum- sweet, jammy, black figs and rich dark chocolate. I am amazed with this company - so much so that I have now joined their monthly coffee club!

I ordered coffee and the shipment was still pending a month later. Big Island Roasters was kind enough to send me a duplicate order free of charge. Therefore I have given a five-star review for their service I hope the coffee is as great as their service! The coffee has arrived and we tried it. It is worth every single dollar oh my gosh this coffee blew my mind. Silky smooth, slightly sweet, absolutely no acidity just an amazing coffee.

Just recieved my order of the Latte bites. While i love the concept and the taste was ok, i wasnt thrilled with how it mixed with milk. It didnt mix in very smoothly and i will probably just eat it instead.

Been ordering from Big Island for about a yr now. It's kinda expensive, however,it's worth it IMO. Why? There is just something about Hawaiian grown coffee that is better than any other coffee out there. Soil, growing practices,Mana and Aloha in the beans..who knows? Also the local growers and supporting them rather than big corp coffee that is over priced and overbrewed. Plus that they are super nice and accommodating when you communicate with them. The only critique is that sometimes I do not get the confirmation email when I order.Other than that, its great.

Absolutely incredible Kona Peaberry. If you are looking for a genuine Kona coffee experience, look no further than big Island Coffee.

Bought a gift subscription for my sister-in-law. All language in the purchase made it clear that it would be a one-time payment. Turns out, they charged me the same amount each month before each shipment. I had to cancel because I can't afford to pay $30/bag of coffee. That is too expensive, even if the coffee is good. Language on the website needs to clearly state that the subscription price is per month.

The website was extremely user friendly as I bought my parents (huge coffee drinkers) the flight 003 I believe for Christmas. Can't wait to hear their reaction. Also got the 3 ok of edible coffee. Hopefully I'll get some for myself soon as well.
