Should have listened to the reviews that their espresso machine is always “broken” ☹️
The coffee is superb the service need help. I stop four time a week and lately the coffee machine Espresso is alway broken, the pastry suck.I asked the young man at the counter for poor over since they can do Lattes “we don’t do poor over” come on man you a coffee shop, what do you do poor cold coffee like Starbucks!!! Shame on the management for literally letting this place goes down with out service. You may have super coffee but need to rethink our strategy on service and offering. Bring back the donuts you cheapskate the coffee cake are not good.

They say their espresso machine is down but it works. It’s only available to the locals. Don’t forget to tip staff or else they hold your order back. Rude.
Espresso machine was broken. It apparently is always or frequently broken. One of the weathered signs made light of it by saying “da espresso machine stay broke.” Or something close to that. So limited menu. Cold brew was decent. Upset I didn’t stop elsewhere on my way to kayak. There was a line out the door when we left, so maybe they think buying a new espresso machine isn’t necessary.
Absolute favorite coffee shop on the island! Their cold brew is the best I’ve ever had anywhere.
We are from the mainland east coast and always stop in here when visiting Kona because they have the best coffee. In addition, they have the best online customer service. I needed coffee and and treats shipped to me for my wife's birthday and Fed Ex lost my order. Stephanie was on it and shipped another order the next day so it got here in time. Thanks so much!
What a gem! Fantastic opportunity to check out the unique Cloud Forest ecosystem on the nature tour while also tasting some fantastic (free) coffee samples! Incredibly friendly staff made the experience even better!

For over a generation, I bought coffee here. It was my go-to stop. Before the Dark Times. Before the Ronas. I still buy the coffee now, after the darkest hours had passed and the light shone bright on the horizon once more. But what does the future hold? No one knows the exact details, but one could imagine. Is humanity's greatest fight yet just on the Horizon? Certainly. Will I still buy coffee here on Saturday morning around 7am - 11am? Absolutely. Great place for your specialty coffee. Even when diabetic. The only place I know with multiple sugar free flavors even coconut. Yummmm
Cashier was nice and answered my questions about the coffee jelly (made with their Kona coffee!). I only wanted the jelly and she kindly found a way to charge me for only the topping (usually they add it to a drink).

I got the brown sugar oat milk macchiato with coffee jelly and it was so good. I wanted to try a new twist on an old favorite. I’ve never had coffee jelly and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and fun.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Coffee is just delicious and the snacks are top notch.
