Great coffee, of course(what's not to like with Kona coffee. Staff was helpful and passionate about their product and provided small samples of many different varieties which made ordering what I preferred much easier. I did the free shipping with $150 purchase order and shipped it home. Fast shipping, it arrived the same day I did!!
A great cup of coffee! Lots of flavor from the Kona coffee beans and great customer service! Behind the cafe is a great area to sit at the beach and relax!
People were very knowledgeable in the coffee industry. She took the time to explain to us how the coffee is grown and hand picked. She also allowed us to sample different flavors. She is very patient in answering our questions. We ended up ordering three pounds and they shipped it to us. We received the order shortly after we returned home. I can’t say enough about the quality of the coffee. My wife drinks coffee with a lot of creamer and sugar, she is able to drink this coffee black! If you’re in Kona you must stop by the Kona Coffee Cafe!!!
Such tasty coffee in Kona, was only a short walk from our condo and we went here every morning for this delicious coffee!

Cute little cafe tucked in by the shopping center and close to the water. They have amazing smoothies and they'll do a coffee tasting as well. A great place to stop by for sure.

Good coffee and awesome service. Only thing they could improve upon is more pastry options. They also gave out free chocolate covered coffee bean.

Their service is excellent. They do offer many free samples and honest recommendations for us to try before we order the coffee we like. I highly recommend getting a hot one if you are able to, I feel like the hot one is the best and preserve the taste for what they are selling; I am sure they would have an answer if you ask for the best ice coffee; and they do offer free shipping directly from their factory to your home. Great and convenient way for buying Hawaii local coffee. Save space and weight for your baggage.

Excellent coffee, quick service, friendly staff, and ideal atmosphere to enjoy your choice of coffee. Grab a cup and walk behind the Kona Inn to enjoy the sound of the ocean. As a heavy coffee drinker and have traveled coffee farms, I also recommend their bag of coffee. Aside from the hype peaberry beans tend to have, they have high quality control and low acidity.
Great place to stop by for your Kona coffee. Great sit down by the beach also. Staff is wonderful and make the experience great. Priced right and have lost of variety.

Learned after a coffee tour I went on that this place doesn’t sell real 100% Kona coffee so I got tricked and paid $36!! Don’t buy coffee from here if you want 100% Kona coffee. The label needs to say exactly “100% Kona coffee” by rule but lots of places like this one add words or switch them around to trick you. This place adds “pure”.
