Awesome coffee shop & cafe right on the water! Super friendly staff, extensive coffee & drink menu, and lots of baked goods too. I went back several times for the blended coconut mocha and croissant breakfast sandwich! There's nice covered patio seating so you can hang out in the breeze or take yours to go.
Great place for a Kona Coffee. The balcony is nice place to see the ocean.
I have Been here many times! This place has always been great with awesome view seating! This is a great place to get great coffee, ice cream and snacks!! Supper chill! 🤙🤙🤙🤙 I had the best macadamia nut cookie I have ever eat in my life here!! Wow!!! It was amazing!!!!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙 The coffee is amazing! And the staff is so nice and friendly! They make this place a pleasure to go to! The owner are awesome! Make sure to try their cold brew coffee! Made fresh daily!! So good!! 🤙🤙 I always look forward to getting coffee and something unhealthy for me when I go here!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤙🤙🤙🤙❤️❤️❤️❤️🤙🤙🤙🤙
Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and view.
Stopped in after a dive for a mid-morning breakfast — like all places on the cruise strip, parking is a little difficult. Great variety of hot breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, baked goods, and hot/iced fruit or coffee beverages! Amazing ocean views on the back patio, and not as busy/cramped as some other cafes nearby. My mocha was delectable and the everything bagel had a delicious fennel surprise in the seasoning! I also ordered a tropical smoothie, which was a little overpriced ($8) and slightly watery. Overall, I’d come back again and recommend to anyone stopping through on a cruise!
Coffee, smoothies, sandwiches are a 5/5. Cold brew was amazing. Customer service was a 2/5. I would not pre-tip next time. The staff that took my order was nice but due to a miscommunication, one of our sandwiches did not get ordered with the proper stuff inside. One of the other sandwiches was just made wrong. I pre-tipped the amount, with four sandwiches and four drinks, it was about $15 tip. The person who remade my sandwich was kind of rude and put-off by my request even though it was clearly her error. The other I was asked to pay the difference for. Eventually another person, manager maybe, sorted everything out but not before they made me feel like I was trying to be difficult. If I had known the service would be like this, I’m definitely not tipping ahead of time. Businesses with counter service only should only request to tip after you receive your order.

Great grab and go breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Update March 2023, Noni and Giselle helped hubby and I with treats and coffee this afternoon and ooze the Aloha spirit we find everywhere on our beautiful Big Island. Thank you ladies for making Kona Heaven one of our favorites !
Best coffee I’ve had on the island yet. Cappuccino was A+, ignore the people saying it’s too slow. If you want quick McDonald’s is down the street ..
We got asked to leave because we were drinking our coffee too slow. Horrible service and way too busy. Owner or manager was rude.

Terrible Bitter coffee. Rude service. Male barista said he didn’t want to give us the last of his 1/2 and 1/2. Was he saving it for later?? Charged us $12! for one drink, 4 shots with whole milk. Won’t be going back.
Super cute cafe and delicious coffee!! You can tell they care about serving quality even when they are super super busy! The Coconut Oil & Sea Salt bagel was delicious 🤤 🥥
Delicious coffee, and great staff. We all really liked the décor too. It's right next to a volleyball court, and we enjoyed watching the games while sipping our coffee.
