High price, slightly good smoothie and french toast
One in one out sort of place but well worth the wait. Delish coffee and breakfast sammies. You know you’re in good hands when they make the cold brew with coffee ice cubes!
Good coffee, good food and friendly service. Everything is made to order, so don’t be in a hurry.
Nice little place with only outdoor seating. The smoothies are outstanding as is the coffee.
Friendly, relaxed, local. Good Kona coffee and good treats. Authentic Hawaiian experience. No fuss, no muss.
Delicious! The salmon bagel I had was so good-bagels rival the ones I can get at home. and my haupia latte was just right-flavored to not be overpowering. I will be back.
The staff was very friendly and the line went quickly. Best French toast Sammie I've ever had. The bread was super fresh and grilled to perfection. And the coffee, do I need to mention, it's Kona so of course it's delicious. The smoothies were fabulous and super flavorful.
an oasis for that early morning first cup of tasty coffee and breakfast paninis for many nearby resort guests as well as in-the-know locals!
the mauna kea mocha was a good attempt, refreshing!
I appreciate a business that clearly communicates the way they do things. We had no problem waiting outside since we knew what to expect! Great coffee that we received in a timely manner, given that they’re pulling shots from a real espresso machine, which seems quite rare around here. The barista even came out to clarify my drink order before she finished it, so I would say we received great service. If we were staying in this area, we’d be here everyday!
The iced lattes were very good. We tried several ones. The breakfast sandwiches were good and made fresh. Give yourself plenty of time if you've got a big order or if someone else in line has a big order. Sorry to the people behind me who had to wait a while.
Best coffee on Island but lady is SOOOOOO RUDE.
Coffee is good, but the owners are very unfriendly. I would go to another place If there was one
We stay down the street from this place and it’s our go to spot for coffee. Our kids love the shakes. Definitely a must try
GFC is on my rotation anytime I’m in town. Consistently delicious food, yummy coffee (they put coffee ice cubes in their iced coffee!) and 100% aloha vibes. They have parking right in front of the building that is clearly marked when you enter. It shares a lot with The Sea Village. It’s a small operation so have patience if you come during peak hours, it’s worth it! They also have stickers in their case from local artists and sell coffee and other local goods. My favs: French toast breakfast Sammie (local bread from Puna) Iced or hot Kona coffee is delicious Their espresso is also top notch Mahalo! ❤️❤️
Stood outside in the sun for 15 minutes waiting to order two cups of coffee while the owners had a conversation with one of their friends. Opened the door to see if we could actually ask for beverages and we got yelled at to go back and keep waiting outside. They also have some ridiculous anti phone rules posted on their doors like this is a middle school.
Very slow. Takes about 10 minutes per customer / group. There were four people in front of me so I waited 40 minutes. Coffee was okay. The lady cashier wasn’t the nicest person
Latte is ok. Service is terrible. Saw they wash the cups very carelessly with dirty brush. Can’t recommend
Waited 20 minutes in line to place our order. Only one customer was allowed inside so everyone had to stand outside under the sun. The lady worked there was very unfriendly. But the iced latte I got was pretty good. Probably the only thing good about the place.
Green Flash is a tiny coffee shop that delivers great quality coffee and eats. I really appreciate how they prioritize made-to-order quality over speed. My medium-roast iced coffee was excellent. Green Flash uses coffee ice cubes and that's a really nice touch. The breakfast panini sandwiches and smoothie I tried were great and, for me, something a bit different and refreshing.
