Amazing and helpful staff and Amazing coffee. Me and my wife will get coffee from here every time we visit.
Came here about a week ago on vacation, had a skinny kid with long hair wait on me. I ended up throwing away what I ordered because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of a refund and be in there even longer. The kid smelled, like garbage. Then he also had his hair down, in the gelato and in the way, and it was almost to the middle of his back, and looked just nasty. He kept talking over the other girl that was there and wouldn’t let up. Guess you can’t discriminate when it comes to hiring, but you had the good and the ugly all in one visit. 10/10 will let people know about the ‘great service’ and won’t be coming back.

The coffee is absolutely amazing and a must! I visited this small coffee and Gelato shop this past weekend (2/18/23) don’t let the size of the shop fool you their coffee has BIG flavor!! I had a hot toasted Marshmallow latte with oat-milk!! It was amazing and full of flavor and strong, not some over flavor milk like some places. There is no inside seating but there are a couple of tables outside. I enjoyed mine while walking around downtown Helen though. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend this shop!!
The Mason Jar Coffee and Gelato was great. We each got a different flavor and we all enjoyed it. The waffle cone was nice too. I'm sure this place has a line a block long in the summer time.
Coffee is great and the baristas were nice.
My wife had the Mason Jar and I had a large black coffee on our last day in town. It was a great start to the morning. People were all very friendly, even in the cold.

I don’t write reviews unless a place is exceptionally good or extremely bad. As you can tell by the 5 star review, this one is definitely a must-visit. The staff was super nice and very helpful, the coffee tasted amazing. I also like that there is no uncharge for dairy-free milk options (Oat & Almond). We will definitely come back the next time we stop in Helen!

Fantastic coffee and gelato!! I am SO happy that I stopped there. Got coffee there three times over the weekend. Great service too!! Definitely will be back when I am in town again.
The prices start out a little higher here than usual coffee shops, but it was definitely worth it. The coffee was absolutely delicious and our whole group enjoyed theirs. I like the Iced Chai Latte and we will definitely come here again for coffee.

The Butter-Beer frappe was marvelous and the Girl Scout Cookie latte exceeded expectations. The owner has an equally infectious smile and the dog “mason” was just too cute! If you love a good latte (there isn’t a Starbucks here), this is the place to go. We wish we had the time (and room) for the gelato. Next time for sure!
Fantastic! Right over the bridge in downtown Helen this place was a gem. The staff inside was helpful and kind. We got an iced gingerbread latte and cookies and cream gelato. Both tasted fresh and high quality!
