The first day we ate here, we waited A LONG time for our food. The kitchen was backed up. The waitress was friendly and kept our tea/coffee filled. When we got our order food was hot and fresh. I had pancakes with strawberries and blueberries. The pancakes were very good. My husband and dad had ham and cheese omelet and both said it was delicious. My mom had country breakfast both times we went. The first time there, a sweet lady brought our little dog a small bowl of water and asked if it was okay to give her a treat. The next day we went back for brunch. The same waitress took our order and again we waited, not quite as long as before. What really upset me was, the table next to us was offered dessert for their wait. Obviously, our time wasn't as important both days! 🚩The second day, our little furbaby was NEVER offered water, but guest after us dogs were given water 🚩my husband and I both got the burger with fried cheese. Neither one of us thought it was that good. The waitress was very tentative to making sure our drinks were filled. But the food is not that fantastic and definitely not worth 45 minutes + wait. The first day, we waited around 45 minutes. The waitress told us our food would be another 15 minutes because the kitchen being backed up, we can understand places are shorthanded. The second day, the people next to us said they returned because their food came out within 10 minutes. They said they had already been waiting 30 minutes. (They were offered free desserts and apology). We waited 30+ minutes for our food, and our furbaby was never even offered a water bowl!!! Nope. There won't be another 🚩. I wouldn't recommend this place. The waitress will keep you tea or coffee full. She has a sweet personality. Not that I wanted a free dessert, my point is we weren't even asked either day for our wait, especially the 1st time. We went back the 2nd time to give it another try. I didn't even eat 1/2 of the burger. It had 0 flavor to it. We visit Helen ofte
I had the fried cheese sandwich and it was great. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Next time I'm in Helen I will make sure that I eat there again.
This was the best food we had on our entire trip. Would highly recommend this for anyone wanting good food. It was not too busy when we were there and we sat outside. It was a little bit chilly, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere so much, but the food was awesome. This is a must visit on a trip to Helen. I recommend the chicken schnitzel sandwich, the bun was great and the chicken was perfect.
Definitely would recommend this place. The servers are very friendly. The food is delicious. We ordered breakfast and lunch and dinner items. One of them the goulash, the schnitzel breakfast, the pork shintzel, and sirloin with creamy sauce. All very appetizing! Come and stop by for a bite! Little piece of Germany! 🇩🇪
Came for breakfast, we had biscuit sandwiches and everything was so delicious!! Biscuits were fantastic, something like my grandma made years ago. And the fried cheese DELICIOUS!
German vs Czech Cuisine, the food was delicious, the service excellent. I highly recommended this place for lunch.
My first time eating German food. I had the fried ham and mozzarella with potato salad and a side salad with ranch. Their ranch is delicious!
A food experience unlike any other you’ll ever have and a must-visit restaurant in Helen. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive and the food was amazing. My wife and I got two of the fried cheese appetizers. I highly recommend the fried Brie.
Food is beyond salty, goulash soup was not edible. the fried cheese was 2 giant slabs of mozzarella, 1 melted 1 solid giant piece of mozz. Sweat tea was unnecessarily sweet (maybe this is how sweet tea is supposed to taste but it was too sweet). They charge 50¢ for water. There is no beer. Service was great, all of the waitresses were very nice.
My waitress" we're extremely attentive, I did not have to ask for anything. They were even more attentive to my service dog Kane. He was given ice water and doggie biscuits before I got my silverware. I highly recommend this place if you ever find yourself in Helen, Ga. Enjoy a meal at Mullers.😘👍🏼✌🏻✌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Located in the main side streets of historic Helen, this little restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and a nearby parking area. We at during breakfast, but their entire menu looked appetizing. My breakfast was just deli ham scrambled into fried eggs served with "roasted" potatoes. At first glance, these potatoes looked like homemade chips. They were super thinly sliced, though, and relatively tender. My son got to try chicken schnitzel for the first time, so that was my goal. Our servers were very sweet and attentive. I did feel like the prices were a tad high for breakfast.
Wonderful little spot. Amazing food and service.
Well on a rainy day here in Hellen looking for a breakfast place, my wife and kids decided to give it a try! The food was impeccable! Full of flavor, the turn around time was beyond impressive! The staff were super welcoming and friendly, the best in Hellen thus far! Definitely recommend!
The friendliness and attitudes of the staff was very positive and uplifting especially in a town where tourists are abundant but great service is hard to come by. The food and cleanliness were excellent and the wait time didn’t exist compared to the place around the corner that is always swamped. Walk 1/10th of a block of the main drag and get you some!! Outstanding place. Great staff
The noodles with mushroom sauce was really good. But one bathroom that accommodates one customer isn't adequate for the size of the place. Also, the bathroom line is right by the tables, and the door to the bathroom opens directly into the dining room. The toilet is about 5 feet from the closest table.
Got seated promptly, staff was very attentive and the food is great. Try the cheese because it's worth it. The jagerschnitzel was the best we had in Helen.
The food was really good. And the atmosphere was nice. Along with clean
The food was great, no complaints for anything! The fried cheese went well with the salad and the jeigar schnitzel was delicious too.
Actually we enjoyed it!! Literally everything is cheese!! The service does speak a second language, probably their first language, but they were still friendly and fantastic. Everyone was accommodating to my two year old and treated her like a person not a bother. We ordered and it came fast. We would go again.
Went to Helen for the first time for a day. I’ve always wanted to try German and Czech food and this was the first restaurant we stopped at! I had the Jaeger Schnitzel and it was AMAZING. The chicken was so crispy and it had sooo much flavor. It tasted very fresh and food came out fast. It’s a lot of food for the price, too. Our server was so genuine and personable. Very clean establishment, as well. I would definitely go back.
