Strange hours, closes early. Not sure if it was because of the time of our visit, but no options for kids. Should update the menu and always have hot chocolate mix on hand for cold days. Coffee was hot and tasty.
Not what I was expecting or hoping for. Not bad, just underwhelming.

I love this place. My family always stops here on our way to Helen. I stopped here this weekend and got the French vanilla coffee. It was super yummy as always. Parking sucks, but don't let that stop you from stepping in and grabbing some coffee

Unbelievably Awesome Coffee Shop! Products -- absolutely top notch!! The smell when you walk in hits you like a warm wall of coffee, espresso, and every note of everything amazing you can think of. They have a side of whole beans (Colombia, Mexican, Espresso, etc) and a ground side with flavors (pecan & brown sugar, etc). They have candies and chocolates and other neat things to shop. After getting bag home and brewing the beans...... AMAZING!!!! Scene -- not only do they have great roasters and products, but they brew coffee on site and a beautiful deck to overlook the river. Perfect place to get a warm cup on a cold day in Helen next to the majestic river. Service -- very friendly, very helpful, and descriptive about the different blends and coffee. Value -- good value, especially for local roasters and a chance to support the businesses that are not corporate. Overall -- hit this place up on your way in to Helen!!! The smell and beans alone are worth it

This is such a cute coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and the service was great! The owner gave us some great recommendations for things s to do and places to eat. I would recommend everyone to stop by.

I would like to respond to a 1-star review left on 9/20/22. I was at an adjacent table when this exchange between the customer and the employee occurred. First of all, I find it tragic that an employee has to come out and ask you to enjoy your Starbucks coffee somewhere else. Has our society gotten so far removed from courtesy and manners that someone should even be put in this uncomfortable position? You wanted to enjoy the view, the comfortable surrounding, and the peaceful scene, but you don't feel the least bit of shame for not supporting that business with a small purchase? The women that left this review had been at Jumping Goats for almost an hour when they were finally approached by the employee. You didn't own your mistake, instead, I listened to you complain about how victimized you were by the business. What!! Are you even serious? My husband said, "I thought about explaining to them how business works, but, if these young women haven't learned common courtesy and basic manners by now, what's the point". I agree. They were rude and inconsiderate and they were politely corrected by the business. But, they feel completely justified in leaving a 1-star review. Shameful. Jumping Goats coffee shop is a lovely and peaceful place (most days). The employees are kind and thoughtful, always checking on their patrons. I have been allowed to work for hours, enjoying the view and the fresh air, and they only ask that I buy one drink. If you appreciate small business owners that care and put effort into their business, then this is your place. If you are looking to take without giving and use other people's resources for free, then go to the library.
Absolutely love this place! The people are always so friendly, welcoming, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The views are second to none, coffee drinks are always delicious, and they bend over backwards to make sure you had a wonderful experience. My highest recommendation!
A friend and I were very excited to visit this coffee shop for the great views. However, the customer service here is lacking. I came in with a few sips of my Starbucks coffee left before I got an iced coffee from them. Within minutes of sitting down, Sheila came out and told me I would be “cut off” from the wifi if I didn’t immediately order a drink. Instead of asking if I was going to get something, she assumed I was bumming off the wifi. It was highly disrespectful and disappointing. I quickly ordered a drink and was met with more disrespect as I tried to explain myself. It was poor management on their part. Not to mention there are NO signs that say no outside food or drink.
