😻😻😻 best coffee, burrito (no aioli please) and avocado toast and I know what I'm talking about! Go enjoy the lovely space on Swift, and the lovely people
4/24/23 holy cow, 11 bucks for a 5 inch burrito 3 inches thick. its a dinky boi, but i guess it packed pretty well with good egg and cheese. it was flavorful for sure. coffee is iight too. a bit much for it but i guess. its an okey joint
Latte+oatmilk=amazing!!!
The answer is the answer to all your coffee dreams. I am notorious for adding cream and a LOT of sugar to my coffee. The answer is the only coffee I'll drink straight. On top of that the atmosphere of this coffee shop is adorable, with an amazing mural when you first walk, friendly service that gave great recommendations and didn't misgender my partner (a first in Santa Cruz), and very comfortable seating. I can't more highly recommend you make a stop in Cat & Cloud and stay a while.
The breakfast burrito is out of this world!
Great coffee and great breakfast burrito. Went on a rainy day and space inside was very limited in the mid morning hours.
A low-key place to enjoy coffee and espresso drinks. The Cappuccino was strong and great presentation. 👏 Breakfast burrito was huge and the guacamole salsa paired well. Aside from being a little quiet at 7am it seemed to get busy early.
I've not had any food here, just a cappuccino. It was very tasty with nice foam art, but lacked the foam "cap" of the standard drink. That's pretty common in these parts so I don't fault them for it. Service was excellent. The store is very clean with lots of tables, inside and out. Personally I find the atmosphere a bit sterile but it would be a good place to read or do some work.
Our favorite coffee hangout in Santa Cruz. Excellent barista’s, good seating, good food (try the avocado toast with pickled onions).
Spiced chair overnight oats and a macchiato was everything good in my morning 🌅 thank you!!!
The coffee is strong and the breakfast burrito is consistently good, but it’s definitely not worth the $18 dollars I paid. A small cup of iced coffee and a burrito half the size of something you’d get at a taqueria came out to almost $20… that’s absurd. Also, there are no outlets to plug a laptop into if you wanna do a little work while you eat. All in all, the coffee is ok and strong. The breakfast burrito is legit, but these items are far and I mean farrrrrr too expensive.
Stopped for a quick coffee on the way to a field trip at the science center down the street. They were super patient with my kids, made them awesome vanilla steamers and my macchiato was 5 stars deliciousness- from a picky coffee drinker who previously lived in Naples, Italy 🥰. Also the cat decor is delightful.
"They have the best breakfast burrito in Santa Cruz ", they say in the reviews. Gave it a try and it's good, crispy potatoes, nice bacon, grilled tortilla but no cheese and zero spice. What happened to the Jalapeños? The avocado sauce is fresh and nice but again, zero spice. Maybe I'm spoiled on New Mexican breakfast burritos but this is just an okay burrito and at a high cost. The coffee is boutique, "single source, sustainable, ethically harvested, organic, blah blah blah." Does anyone ever check to see if any of these claims are true or is this just another feel good yuppie appeasement like the whole recycling thing turned out to be? The coffee was OK. The space is nice and airy, can be a challenge to find an open table and parking can be tight. I wanted to really like it but it's just OK.
Possibly the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. There are only about 4 options for food, but it seems that the few that they have are done extremely well.
First time here. Tried the vegan burrito, which is probably the best burrito I've ever had!
Best breakfast burrito I think I've ever had
One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. I'll be returning just for those.
A perfectly, not too sweet, made mocha!
Wow! My new favorite coffee store in Santa Cruz! When I first walked in the music was such a vibe and Lucy handled my order perfectly down to the smallest detail. Will be coming back soon!
What a sweet place to call in for a quick fix when driving along the PCH
