Wow! Coffee Conspiracy was serving beans from Peru when we stopped by, both the shot of espresso and single origin drip were amazing. Love the outside seating and for here cups, sick vibes!

Come for the coffee, stay for the conspiracies. Rotating offerings of single origin coffees. Eddie makes sure the espresso is dialed in and on point. Try some drip coffee made from the only GroundControl brewer in Santa Cruz. Take the red pill and stay a while.

This is the best coffee I've ever had! I don't really know any other Santa Cruz coffee shops with specialty coffee that's more than just some sugary syrup added in. This is really unique and much needed in our town! My favorite is the NZT-49, it has a very tasty turmeric chocolate sauce that is mild and not overpowering. It also has MCT oil - I never thought I'd enjoy oil in a coffee, but it's heavenly. I also love the Awakening with ginger and turmeric - again it's not overpowering like in so many other coffee places. The syrups are homemade, and they aren't just tasting like sugar like everywhere else! The owner is so invested and kind - the whole place has a great atmosphere for that reason. Check it out!

Came here the other night for the first time and it was wonderful. The owner was so sweet and I love that he greeted me when I walked in. (The little things like that can make anyone feel so welcomed) I met his friend in line who helped me order and man it was delicious. I stepped outside to wait for my pizza and the owner came and brought me my drink so it wouldn’t get watered down. Again, so kind and thoughtful. I loved hearing about his story and how he got started. I will absolutely be back to support such a hardworking individual who understands how to treat a guest. What a gem of a spot.

Eddie is the real deal and so are his shots. Coffee Conspiracy Co. brings great and rich coffee drinks and a genuine human experience with every order. I highly recommend "Red Pill" and "Shapeshifter". Don't forget to ask where the names of the drinks come from.
