Shrine Coffee

Beautiful place, I love all the wood used in the café. Also the garden next to it is beautiful. They've got indoor and outdoor seating. The pastries looked great, but I didn't try them. The cappuccino was 4 dollar, fair price. It was a very good cappuccino, however the service could be a bit faster. The 2 youngsters behind the bar rather talk to a regular customer coming in than making my coffee.

I tried to make it to as many coffee shops as I could while in Santa Cruz for my first time. Shrine beats Verve, Cat and Cloud, 11th hour, etc! Not only great coffee, but what set them apart was the ambiance, location, and the numerous outlets available! Whatever happened to coffee shops being a space to plug in and get some work done? Shrine has it all.

I love this place, delicious coffee, the most perfect place to enjoy and work, nice furniture and the pastries are amazing! Prices are accessible and you can take a walk to the coast at any time because it is right next to it! A must if you visit Santa Cruz! (to be honest Starbucks is nothing compared to here)

Good parking and easy to walk the costal walk after. Had a chai latte and it was great!

Wifi did not work and there was no outlets. not a good place to go to study. drink was good and the place looked nice, had a beautiful deck.

Had a cappuccino and a cortado. Both were served promptly. Latte art was beautiful! Coffee tasted average though. The ambiance is lively. Best place to work. Interior is minimal and beautiful

Excellent place for coffee. Great location, with entrance right off the coast drive, with large shared church parking lot. Nice outside seating area, with a fountain and a church garden nearby. Coffee was one of the best I ever tried, with beautiful art, and wonderful taste (their beans must've been blessed by Papa :)

Friendly service, great coffee and calming environment. Love getting coffee from here when anywhere near West Cliff Drive. The patio is gorgeous and the fountain restorative to sit next to.

Best coffee for the lowest price of all places I’ve been in Santa Cruz! Very beautiful space, a nice fire to warm up on cold days inside and a wonderful outdoor space with trees and flowers for sunny days. Also they have great REAL mugs to drink your coffee, while many other places only offer to go cups!
