Great products. Quick service. Not to busy.
Waited for over 20 mins. I left a comment on the order for less ice because the only option available was 50%, received a full cup of ice. Then I asked if they could do anything with it. The staff found a smaller cup from nowhere and switched the cup size. On the order page, there’s only one size available. The tea flavor is also lacking, overpowered by the sweetener. Also over-priced, $7.5 for a half-size cup of milk tea.

Good boba, but can be very pricey. There are a lot of toppings to choose from, but all come with an extra charge. Ordered on the kiosk and waited about 10-15 minutes. The corn dog was yummy. Lines can be long and it gets really crowded inside. Be prepared to wait especially on the weekends.
Really liked the food but the staff was fairly busy. I ordered at the kiosk and wanted to pay cash. No one mans the register and after waiting for about 15 minutes had to flag down a person to pay. After that though our food came pretty fast.
We love coming here one of our favorite spots in town the boba is so delicious and the price is great highly recommend.
Perfect and delicious milk teas, the service is wonderful. I would suggest adding a tip option on the pay station cause i always want to but never have cash. I love the place but fix the tip option thank you
They should serve real ice cream instead of soft serve. Soft serve is a cheap low class dessert.
The nice man working was very sweet. He offered us samples of their Thai tea ice cream which was delicious. It was a very cute little shop and had awesome service.
The milk tea is super delicious and the staff are really nice 👍🙂
Got the taro waffle, it was so good but got really hard as it cooled

Yummy boba liked boba lot
We stopped in on a roadtrip, excited for some boba tea and veggie rolls. We were so disappointed that the staff would not let us use their restroom. The restroom was unoccupied and clearly visible from the ordering counter. We pushed a few times, noting that we needed to wash our hands before eating their food, and had two kids with us who really needed to use the bathroom. They said no, without giving a reason. So disappointed.
Unfortunately, they have gone downhill in 2021. Drinks tasted of creamer and tons of sugar not tea, even when I specified 50% sweet. If you like Dutch Bros, go here. If you want milk tea, go to Boba Stop. 2019 review: Helpful service and premium drinks at mid-range prices. Basic drinks are $4, and with a few add-ons you'll hit $6. My milk tea smoothie was flavorful with warm chewy honey boba. Remember to ask for 50% sweet if you want more tea flavor!
I got the classic milk tea today and it had no flavor. I thought I was just drinking milk. Sweetie cup downtown is much better.
Always a great place to get a cold refreshing tea!
This place is so sad…I came 25 minutes for some good boba and not only did they have 2 people working but they didn’t take cash…How sad…If you plan on coming here bring your card or leave…k bye
