Small but super chill place. The barista was really nice and made excellent latte's and a mean London Fog. They also sell beer and wine by the glass.
Visited this place when we was on a bussiness trip about a month ago . awfull place , we was waiting too long for the order to be took from the waiter and after we was waiting again too much (around 35 minutes ) for food to come after when the food came ,we was missing things and had to wait again , the service here definitely needs some improvement . The food tasted nice BTW
I felt like I walked into a European cafe right in downtown SLO. It has patio seating. Monday - Friday service till 2 pm. Ijust had a WONDERFUL breakfast. It included a delicious fresh fruit salad of strawberries, blue berries, black berries and raspberries. I had a nourish bowl that included two eggs, a grain mixture with veggies, sprinkled with seeds and topped with an avocado! The presentation and flavor was so refreshing and satisfying.
So incredibly good! Extremely fresh, healthy, and flavorful. Happy to have this here in SLO!
Nourish is delicious, quick, and healthy! Not only great food, but really delicious local coffee & espresso. Love this place!

A charming place for breakfast or lunch. Great choices, reasonable prices, and you can sit inside or out on the Grenada restraunt terrace.
Nourish is a gem amongst all the restaurants in SLO!!! I always go there whenever I can!!! Great food, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere!!
My goal is to explore San Luis Obispo and find the hidden gems that focus on quality food and delightful atmosphere. I really scored this morning when I had my meal at Nourish! Very cozy atmosphere greeted me - sophisticated European simplicity. Small yet delightful choices on the menu that included gluten-free options and fresh fruits and vegetables. I was told the egg sandwich was popular, so that was my order. Delicious! Although they did not have gluten-free bread available, this morning, they offered a delightful naturally-fermented whole wheat bread that is locally made, right around the corner. Oh my! Delicious! And the bottle of water infused with fresh mint added additional benefits to the body and soul. Thank you!
I absolutely LOVE this place!! Every single thing I’ve had has blown me away!! It’s tough to find quality breakfast around town with healthy options (yet indulgent options for my husband) and Nourish nails it every time!! Lunches are awesome also, you really can’t go wrong here ♥️
