Hands down the best boba I’ve had on the central coast. Always super fresh boba and the tea is excellent! The House is refreshing and not overly sweet and the Crème Brûlée is outstanding! Sequel Tea is a must try in SLO!

The cold brew Boba Tea at Sequel far surpasses any Boba Tea I have had in taste and quality. Justin, the owner, begins with the finest tea and then cold brews each type of tea for it's optimal length of time to extract the best flavor. He makes his own oat milk, uses organic milks for the other milks, and creates his own purees and jams to flavor the boba teas. Each ingredient is treated with care and purpose. The result is an artisan crafted beverage that is unique and delicious with an abundance of refreshing, cleanness of flavor you will not find in any other Boba Tea. Make sure you try some for yourself, it will be well worth it!
My favorite boba spot! I’ve been to both locations (farmer’s market and Benny’s kitchen) and the service is consistently fantastic and the drinks are phenomenal. Very high quality and so yummy. Highly recommend!
I tried Sequel Tea at Farmers market and at their pop up in Foothill on Saturday. They are by far the best boba spot in San Luis Obispo! The staff is kind and relatable the owner Justin is incredibly passionate about his craft and I can tell the guy aims to deliver high quality bubble tea! I would highly recommend trying them out. He's constanly innovating new flavors on top of his classics.
