Something about burger order cannot be medium rare raises flag for me! Taste was good, good portion size. Limited beer selection on tap, but good pills. Friendly service.
The menu is sort of boring, and the food was just ok. The place was busy on a Sunday brunch, so I had to wait quite a bit.
Favorite place to eat in SLO when driving down 101 from Bay Area to LA.
After sharing the wonders of Paella, my friends found it on the menu here. So we stopped after a day of exploring the area. It was 6ish on a Thursday and the place was nearly empty. We started with Sangria and roasted Brussels sprouts with goat cheese which were hot and crispy. The cheese was creamy and paired well. Of course, we all ordered the Paella and it came out hot and steamy. The seafood was fresh and the sausage was slightly spicy on the backend. We didn't notice the place closed sometime during dinner so we ordered lava cake. I think the chef was ready to go home because it was basically warm pudding. That was a little disappointing, but it tasted good. Holly was an excellent waitress. Service was great. The Paella was delicious. If we're in the arrangement again we'll come back.
Came for lunch. Great food everything we had was good.
Family friendly, great service. Ordered the Tuscan chicken sandwich and Reuben both were delicious.
Best reuben we've ever had, the fried chicken salad was delicious. Gorgeous day today, loved that the restaurant was opened up. Recommended.
A very nice place with great coffee and a convenient location.
The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was great! Loved it
Food is excellent. However, a 10 minute to go order with GF pancakes (we drove 20 mins to order those cakes and called ahead to make sure they had them!) turned into a 45 minute wait and we were told they were out of pancakes (after I'd paid and placed the order - and had already waited 15 mins!) The manager gave me a refund (thank you) and we enjoyed the omelette. The staff did their best to accommodate us. Not the morning we expected... ! We really didn't have time for the wait. 5 stars because they did the right thing 🙏
Supposed to be open....NOT on this Friday anyway. Open at 5pm for dinner only. Found out after $2 in quarters to feed a meter
Absolutely wonderful. Atmosphere, Food, and service are first-rate. And, I can't stop raving about the polenta fries!
I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I had one of the worst dining experiences here. We came during a breakfast rush, so we expected longer than average wait times, but our waiter was incredibly rude and completely forgot about our table. It took almost a half hour for someone to take our order, and then another 45 minutes for our food to come. Except they forgot our toast, and brought it out after we finished our meal, and our table was cleared. After the rush died down, the waiter never brought our check and after waiting and waiting I finally just paid in cash and left. The mediocre scramble, and undercooked potatoes were not worth the stress or wait.
Tasty, healthy, farm-to-table high quality ingredients, organic fruits and vegetables. I always feel great after eating at Big Sky Cafe. Service is warm and friendly. The vibe is relaxing. I really like sweet potato fries, brussel sprouts, hummus, ahi tuna with noodles and chicken salad with figs.
Excellent healthy and tasty organic food. Excellent service. Great location. What's not to like. If you enjoy feeling good after eating healthy, tasty, lovingly prepared food that is farm to table and sustainably grown then this is the place for you. 😋😋😋😋😋
Great food employees were very nice also you can't beat the location right in downtown close to the mission will be coming back soon!
Delicious food, pleasant live music and Candace my server had a uplifting energy :) overall wonderful dinner.
Great place to grab vegan/vegetarian food but still with good choices for the omnivores you might be dining with. Breakfast is my favorite meal here and I just wish they served it all day. Staff is great and helpful, going as far as to offer extra coffee to go on a chilly day. My go-to place to eat in downtown SLO.
This was a great experience, we needed GFO and most everything on the menu was available gluten free. The services was excellent and server was super helpful with going through the menu about the GFO stuff and understand stood the difference between gluten free preference and celiac. The candy cap cheese cake is out of this world awesome
Great brunch spot! Ask for Stephen - such a fun server
