I like CB better than SB.
Our new coffee favorite! Great service!
I love their offerings but they've been slowly getting rid of good options. They no longer have coconut milk or soy milk. They also just got rid of their no sugar added mocha powder. Those 3 options were very popular among my family members. Definitely disappointed they no longer have them.

Constantly slow, regularly messes up my drinks(it's literally hot milk and a scoop of powder... how hard is this) Today they said my card was declined(it wasn't) and asked for another card. I got home and they charged the first card once, and the second card twice. The number for the store doesn't work so now I have to waste a bunch of time either dealing with corporate or my banks. Honestly the only thing keeping this place in business is the fact its the only coffee shop between the freeway and so many homes.
Dont bother with too good to go at this location complete rip off cakes r dry dingy and really small.staff was cold and unwelcoming . they are grossly overpriced on the sweets sandwishes and tea tin/ product
Great service & a nice selection of drip coffees!
We like it because it is much more low key than the other coffee shop. Always a place to sit and be able to have a conversation. Seems like the employees are always cleaning when not helping customers. Thanks for being there
Haven’t been to this location in forever! Had the macadamia white chocolate latte and it was delicious! We also order the Vietnamese latte cold brew and a breakfast sandwich which were also really good! We were so hungry that we didn’t snap any photos

I could not believe the poor young girl that waited on us. Bill came to $9.15. The wife pulled out $10. At the same time I told the clerk I had the .15 cents. The wife gave her the 10 and I gave her the .15. The clerk then handed my wife .70 cents. I told her no, that should be a dollar back. The clerk said no, because I gave her .15 cents. I tried to explain that $10.15 minus the cost of $9.15 is $1.00. She didn't get it. Even telling her a couple times over. We finally just left with the .70 cents. What are they teaching kids in school anymore?
Friendly service and also very quick. Waited behind 5 cars and I was at the window getting my drink within 4 minutes. Drinks are always tasty and accurate. ⭐️bucks can never! I wish we had coffee bean in the high desert, I really miss tasting coffee In my ice blend instead of syrup.
Ordered their salted caramel toffee ice blended "pure" as we don't drink coffee and was not disappointed! So much better than the Starbucks coffeeless caramel frap! Their almond croissant was good too!
Server's are aways very friendly and got my order the way I asked for it.
I was not a fan of the flavor of their cold brew.
Coffe Bean is my favorite place to get iced tea. They never disappoint.
Service is outstanding. The people are nice, are accommodating, and treated me with respect. That said, the food is terrible. Almost inedible. The "croissant" was heated so that it appeared wet and flat. The coffee was bland. And so much plastic. An extra star for the service.
I was in the area doing a job and decided to get a drink. This location has a drive thru and a large dining room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would also like to thank the manager Jacqueline for having such great customer service
