I've been going here since I was in highschool and now I'm almost 40, throughout the year the place has changed and went through different phases. It had a mellow vibe before that was great in it's own way and now it is brighter with a worm colorful vibe. All in all it is a great place to sit down to visit someone of just relax and enjoy a beverage by yourself I definitely recommend visiting this coffee shop.
Perfect place to have a Latte in Rancho. They have good pastry and they make the best coffee in my opinion in our city. 😍
Always good coffee. I typically get iced coffee. I love how the coffee is made fresh. staff is friendly. They also sell a variety of coffee beans. I usually place my order on the app for pick up since it can get pretty crowded especially during peak hours.

Very sweet & helpful baristas that always take the time to explain their seasonal drink menu and make recommendations! Their coffee tastes great and food selection is good as well. Usually pretty busy, but they take care of everyone pretty quickly!

They definitely take their time! If the drive through line is long and you try to walk in, you will be waiting until after the drive through line is gone to be served your order! (I waited 30 min inside)
Great Cup of Coffee. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for...Don't be in a rush because they give you drip coffee that will take a bit longer. Also it's usually busy with college hipsters...Be Patient
It was cute, the view outside is old Italian style wine villa but the inside is modern and kinda chilly.
Exquisite taste and kind service
This review is long overdue. This is the first location that I have been to that sparked my love for Klatch. I came here almost weekly for the 1.5 years when I attended school in the area. Coffee and espresso brewed is always delicious. This location is so cozy, and nice to have your coffee. The staff is so passionate about coffee. The vibes here reminded me of the Pacific Northwest. I truly loved it here. I now live closer to the San Dimas location. But if I'm in the area, I will try to stop by.

I when there to try the dirty chai that was of course a great deception, the service was unfriendly. But the location is ok.
Went in for a quick snack before work, never tried klatch before. Settled on a cinnamon twist, it tasted a bit stale. I’m not very picky so I continued to eat it, suddenly I feel a hair in my mouth and when I pull away, I see that it’s baked into the bakery item. Had to throw away.
