If you're looking for good coffee made with a little more tlc this should be your spot. Love the employees and the calm atmosphere of capital one cafes especially this one in rancho. Take a book and relax!
This used to be my favourite place to study or work at, but lately both semi private rooms are taken by the bankers and their friends from morning till night. Like what? I’m so disappointed and these should be open to the public, with limited time per each company, especially that the big room is always reserved to the bankers!! So what is left, a few tables that are always booked?
Excellent customer service from Capital One staff as I needed help with a large check deposit. It was our first time there and we were given a few complimentary cards for free coffee drinks at Pete's Coffee inside the CO Cafe. Great experience all around and looks like they have free WiFi and a few privacy rooms.
DONT BOTHER . THEY GOT THE NERVE TO CHARGE YOU for basically ice .Im furious got charged an EXTRA 2$ on my 1$ for nothing . Since they dont give u any receipt i got no clue what are the extra charged . The cashier also DIDNT MENTION ANY EXTRA CHARGED . WHAT A RIP OFF !!! I asked specifically light ice my cup was filled 90 percent ice W ; T fudge ?! By the time the ice started melting my drink tasted like water. Very incompetant unprofessional and untrained new staff .this place is now a nightmare . .. am i supposed to drink ice ???? wont be going back

Great place for coffee and banking or just relax
I have to give this location a 1. First I arrived at 9am all ATM were not available for use. 2 were offline the 3rd unable to dispense, receive or accept cash or checks for payments. I’m sure this could have been solved over the the weekend but no one choose to solve the issues so me the consumer suffers not acceptable CAPITAL ONE
My experience at Capital One cafe at the VG has been nothing short of spectacular. From incredibly nice baristas to the phenomenal Cafe Ambassador's: Becca, Shaw, Esmeralda, Aline, Jason, Adrian, and Christine, just to name a few. They’ve always made my experience feel like a home away from home to get work done. I really appreciate watching all the effort and time they put in daily helping customers that walk in. Definitely an A+ In the the Customer Service department.
I’ve been to many Capitol One Cafés and this is bar far the best due to its cleanliness and amazing staff. All the baristas and most of the ambassadors are super friendly and welcoming and make this location a very welcoming one. It’s a good place to get your work done (if you work from home and need a break from the monotony of working from your house or apartment) and even a good place just to chill after a long day of shopping at Victoria Gardens. Would especially like to shout out Jason, Esme, Aline, Shawna, Sean as they have all assisted me many times and provide both myself and all the guests of this establishment impeccable customer service

If you have capital one bank, you'll get discounts, go see the receipt I've posted along here. Great for hanging out with family or friends. Big space. Very nice ambiance. Going back soon!
I’m a Peet’s fan so I was so happy to see them open a place in the Inland Empire. However, the coffee does not taste like Peet’s—it’s just as tasteless as Starbuck’s. So disappointing.

I've had capital one bank for a while did not now they have arms the cafe help there is fantastic they helped me so much.
Exceptional service. Went in for an above average withdrawal and Jason was beyond helpful along with the customer service representative on the phone. Always went to the Glendale location but this is my go to from now on. Even hooked it up with some of Peet's Coffee. Thank you again!

This place is the bomb. Half-price drinks if you pay with Capital One. Staff are extremely friendly and place is immaculate. Come here to study or just chill with great, low-priced drinks!
