Long time fan of the ZombieFizz! Their new location is much more like your typical coffee shop rather than a running store, but the coffee is as good as ever. Try their licorice latte if you’re in the mood for some adventure!
Friendly staff, good coffee, and yummy licorice!
Interesting coffeeshop. Has grassroots vibes and friendly staff. Small baked goods selection. The spiced coffee beverages are tasty and refreshing. Serving is a little on the small side but not crazy for the area.
Fantastic local coffee shop. Coffee that truly powers your morning. Great milk alternatives available.
Amazing coffees, teas and hot chocolates! Great location. Highly recommend. Also very kid friendly.
Funny combination of a sports shop and a cafe. Very good espresso. 7/2022 They have moved to a location across the street. A divorce? :-). Right now they are just across from Starbucks. They will compete very nicely. One downside. No toilet
Good iced coffee but was disappointed by the size of the coffee for the price.
No longer sells shoes and running gear, would be great if updated Google and social media.
Two great little coffee shops in the same street! Backyard might have the vibe, bit i think zobierunner has the edge in coffee? Hard to say. Better try both and decide which is your favorite.
They serve amazing oat lattes. If this is your 1st time and you're feeling adventurous, I would go for the Golden Zombie. Although the turmeric is overpowering, the coffee flavors still come out. & If you're not a coffee drinker, the zombie runner chai is really tasty
Phenomenal. So I only had their hot chocolate - I was extremely skeptical when I saw the size/price, but wow. I might consider myself an amateur hot chocolate connoisseur, and this was the most incredible hot chocolate in my life. Extremely rich.
Nice and fresh!
Good coffee, nice patio street seating, relaxing, nice view: couldn't have asked for anything more
Perhaps *the* best coffee in Palo Alto. They used to be a running shoe & accessories store, but became a daily destination when they added their coffee bar. Their coffee beans are pricy, but fantastic and their oat milk lattes are perfectly made.
Coffee is unique and good I really like the Gold with Tumrac.
I took Turkish Cappuccino for 5.25$. It was ok in terms of spices, but the amount of sugar completely killed the coffee taste. Unfortunately, it was not possible to drink, so I ended up throwing my coffee away. This place is definitely overpriced.
Amazing coffee. There are lots of coffee shops out there but when you find one that has people who obviously care about coffee, you know it. This was my first time going but will not be my last, the coffee was roasted well and prepared perfectly. I am so happy to have found a shop close to work that makes an americano I want to drink for the flavor, not just a caffeine boost.
Their new location is great and allows even more coffee! Licorice is really not my thing, but if it’s yours, you will be extremely happy to visit.
Great cold brew, too pricey
Visited for the first time recently and enjoyed the clean, modern environment and of course the great coffee. Will be back for sure!
