Very pleasant, with courteous and helpful staff. One can almost imagine being on a boulevard in Paris with a glass of wine and a 'friandise'. The confections overshadow some serious food. Try the salmon sandwich. Bon appetite.

Good spot for Sunday breakfast. Ordered salmon crepe and French toast. Both are ok.

Always fresh, always tasty. I’ve been going to Douche France for years and it’s dependability is incomparable. For a small meal - this place is unbeatable.

Favorite spot for a bite before school, a tea between friends, a relaxed lunch on the patio.

One of my favorite Palo Alto spots, despite the outdoor seating’s adjacency to the parking lot. Great service and good food. Love to start my day here with a warm drink and a chocolate croissant or a pain aux raisins.

Lavazza coffee!! Great coffee, nice home cooked lunch. Prices reasonable. Quiet locale in an open air collection of stores. Patio. Independent family owned, it seems. Good vibes and nicely old school.

My go-to place for a quick lunch or to meet up with friends for coffee. Great sandwiches and even better pastries.

Lovely coffee shop. Very boutique and lovely atmosphere. Coffee and tea options are very unique. Tea served in a hot kettle with a nice traditional cup.

Wonderful, bakery and pastry location in the town and country area of Palo Alto. It’s close proximity to the El Camino and Stanford was ideal. We had five people for meeting for the first time from Delhi, India, Hyderabad, India, Tampa Bay, Florida, and local we had tea, coffee and pastries. It was so good I got extra pieces to bring home.

We come here whenever we are in the area for snacks, good coffee and lunch- a true paris style cafe- but this review is specifically for the Strawberry Shortcake cake we ordered for a party. It was DIVINE. It was almost all cream and delighted us at the party and continues to be delicious as leftovers days later. Don't forget about this place for ordering cakes, including birthday celebration cakes.

Delicious food. Highly recommend for a American-french brunch
