A MUST when in the area. Delicious coffee and great environment in the front of the roastery.

Incredible coffee Service is fast and accommodating. It is a little snug in there and some students like to post up there for a good while. Despite being a coffee shop, I have had their tea a few times and it was perfect. They source it from Blue Willow down the way. Their coffee is also so good, espresso and even their batch brew is impeccable. Can't recommend it enough.
I've had both a regular drip coffee and the rosemary latte from CoRo. The coffee was great, I'm planning on trying other offerings. The rosemary latte was a revelation--I don't enjoy sweet coffee drinks, and this one was sweet, herbaceous, botanical, and a real treat. Worth a return trip on its own.
the coffee they roast here is spectacular and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend stopping here for some beans or a quiet spot to have a coffee.

This is the roasting side of the business, and although attached to the cafe, it's not actually the cafe. A good deal of these reviews are left for the cafe, which has its own Google review rating profile. As a place to roast and learn it's awesome!

Cozy and good taste
The staff are horribly rude. Too cool for kindness or even small amounts of humanity. I’ve come here 3 times and had the same experience. I walk an extra 5 blocks to go anywhere else. It’s too bad because the coffee and the space are quite nice.

Stumbled upon this place on the way to another destination and so glad I found this gem!! They roast their own coffee in house. I had their oat latte and savored every sip. The people working there were incredibly friendly and helpful too. It’s now my new favorite coffee spot in Berkeley
Like the chill vibe and early morning sun. Love that the music is low-volume background. A little too quick to pick my un-emptied cappuccino cup that I was still savoring.

This may be, hands down, the *best * coffee shop in west Berkeley. Comfy seats, great ambience, fresh air, beautiful mugs. Unlike other cafés they don’t blast loud music so you can actually get work done. Friendly staff, too. Will be back!
Love the cappuccino and espresso here. Favorite cafe in the bay area! The coffee is rich, creamy and flavorful, its the type of coffee that makes you concentrate on the drink start to finish. The interior is clean and airy, but it can get a bit chilly with the AC so bring a sweater/jacket if youre planning to stay for a bit to work etc. The batistas are super friendly. Definitely recommend!
Nice to have new cafés in neighborhood. As mentioned by others , somewhat expensive. They do "pour-over" coffee, very trendy. I am not a fan of light and med roast(a bit sour for my taste) but if that's your jam you might enjoy it. Space is nice and next to Passione
Co-Ro is consistently Awesome! Our cappuccinos were perfect! Perfectly brewed and prepared. Delicious with a lovely fan like design on the foam. The tall, thin, young man with dark hair who served me was extremely nice, helpful, and patient. He was very thoughtful when helping me decide on which coffee beans to purchase. I was a bit frazzled so I REALLY appreciated his calm and understanding demeanor. I appreciated not being judged or made to feel stupid for being a little frazzled (frazzled mostly because I hadn't had my coffee yet :) His calm, kind demeanor meant the world to me and it's little things like that that stay in your mind and make you want to keep coming back to a place!!
Great espresso, staff and vibe. Tops the chats in Berkeley for sure. Best part is taking home one of the various specialty roaster coffee beans that they sell.
