Thanks for excellent matcha! Exactly what I need!
Great place! Super friendly, I’m always greeted with big smiles. The coffee is wonderful and the lattes are made perfectly. I work in downtown Berkeley and have gone to all the coffee shops in the area and this is by far the best.
Getting your coffee here is a great way to start your morning -- Imran and Ali are a joy to talk to, their espresso drinks are consistently better than Blue Bottle's (and obviously cheaper). Strongly recommend this place.

The nicest baristas and the best coffee you’ll get in this part of town, and believe me I’m VERY particular about my espresso. The quality is unbeatable and I’ll for sure be back

For me, often times what defines a restaurant or coffee shop are the people just as much as the food. Ali and Imran are great baristas and very hospitable people in general. But more than this, they have very unique stories as refugees building their lives in America - it's inspiring to see them try to build a small business like they have over this year. If you're going to work on BART or are going from downtown to campus, this is an awesome place to grab a quick coffee. They also have great mochi donuts and cupcakes as well.

As the mom of two little kids, coffee is the most important part of my day. I ended up at Coffee Hut after the fancy coffee place I was planning to go was closed. Glad I did! The quality of the coffee matches the swanky branding on the cart. I’m an espresso drinker, and the cappuccino was great. No line and really convenient placement. I plan to go here tomorrow, too.
