Good location with nice amount of space for parking.

The teas are freshly brewed and have great taste and aroma.

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The Reuben sandwich was *chef's kiss*. With the extra hot sauce it was fantastic.

Thanks for a nice date!

Enjoyed lunch on weekday and sat outside. Such a lovely atmosphere in side and out. Cozy, family-oriented, charming decor and delicious food. We will definitely eat here again & again!

Beautiful setting, with extremely friendly and sweet employees who are happy to help! I love all the local product displays with items to purchase! I bought a new keyring. :) I definitely found a new hangout, and I intend to stop in for the bible study group that meets there, as well!!
Oh and the cheese danish is the best I have ever eaten!!

Since you enter it is a pleasant experience. Friendliness and service is five stars. The view of the outskirts in the mornings is fascinating. If you are a coffee lover you will love it.

Absolutely adore this place!!! I have loved all my coffee drinks, sandwiches and the service is wonderful. Even had numerous options to substitute for regular milk. Can't wait until the weather is nice enough to sit on the patio again. Always look forward to the seasonal menus.

We were so excited to eat here. We really enjoyed the pictures and reviews. We had a party of 6 for "brunch" on a Saturday for a bridal shopping party. I contacted The Hive from their website and explained that we had time in between dress appointments. Asked if I could make a reservation, and Tabaitha emailed back and said yes. We called on Saturday to let them know we were going to be 10 minutes late (lights cycle in York) and were told ok. We arrived and the place was great, the menu looked amazing. We were all so hungry. We began placing our order, and some short man (employee) interrupted our order placing and stated very loudly (so the whole restaurant could hear) "WE DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS" and walked away. That was embarrassing for everyone. We all just looked at one another with our mouths open. It was hard to enjoy the food and mood after that snarky remark. We did like the food however the lack of self-control and professionalism by that short man ruined the idea of wanting to eat there again. If your establishment doesn't take reservations, it would have been more professional to wait until we were finished eating and say, "We hoped you enjoyed your time but under normal circumstances, we do not take reservations". Rather than interrupting rather loudly while we were ordering. And it might be a good idea to let all your employees know your policies.

It's a shame the customer service is poor, because the food is delicious. We stopped in today for a bagel and a couple of coffees. The coffees were received quickly, but our bagel wasn't ready yet, which is normal since it comes from the kitchen. After 20 minutes and seeing customers who arrived after us receive full hot breakfast sandwiches, I asked about our bagel.

The response was that we're backed up because we're busy. The girl then came out and looked through the orders and must've spoken to the manager because he came out and asked if the order was for here or to go. I said to go and the bagel was out in about two minutes, he handed it to me and said in the future please take your ticket number. No ticket number was offered to us, nor did we have a receipt with a ticket number. Once we got on the road and opened our order, there were no napkins or knife to spread the cream cheese.

Turning your problem into my problem and offering no apology for losing my order is inexcusable. The person taking my order asked if we wanted the bagel toasted, so it was completely an error on their part. The entire situation was handled poorly.

awesome place! just wish I had more opportunities/time to go there.

Food is very tasty and there's a great selection, as well as seasonal specials.

I strongly recommend.

Will be the last time I come here. Food is amazing, I just can't be waiting an hour between the line then the wait for the food. Unfortunately this is one of those things that will turn people away from wanting to come here, including myself.
