Great atmosphere, great coffee, above average food. We ordered the French toast which was great, my eggs were good and the potatoes were really good. Close to a 5 on food but hard to mess up over medium eggs and toast.

This is a perfect place for people with kids. They have a lot of toys, so you can eat with no rush while kids play. They have pour over, i was so happy. The food is so delicious. I would recommend it for a visit.

An elegant coffee shop/restaurant on the east end of Strasburg. They offer plenty of creative menu options and this is my preferred go-to when I want to take a guest out for breakfast. The service is fast and seating (outdoor and indoor) is comfortable
UPDATED: My previous visits were all in the morning or afternoon but tonight we tried the dinner items. In my opinion, SH serves the best tomato vegetable soup in the area. Their Triple Cheese (with added tomato and onions) Toasted Sandwich was a tasty side.

Lovely restaurant with good food and very nice employees. They have a good size indoor seating with cool decor as well as a spacious outdoor seating area. The plants make it feel more lively & homey! They are good about COVID precautions which is much appreciated, considering it’s a PA state mandate. Would come again!

We were in town for a tournament at Spooky Nook and held a team dinner at Speckled Hen (about 25 people including kids and adults). They took such good care of us, were organized, attentive, flexible, and patient. The food was delicious, and we were able to really enjoy being together! Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and place is decorated very cute, however, was not in the least impressed by the food. The chicken salad was probably some of the worst I’ve had. Overall, fairly disappointed with my visit. You expect to enjoy your food when you’re paying a decent amount for cafe like food and that definitely was not the case here.

Amazing find! Everything was delicious and Celiac safe. The menu is clearly labeled for GF and after speaking to the staff, who were very knowledgeable, we felt safe eating there. We also found out that they have a separate fryer for the fries! There are many menu items marked GF (as well as vegan and vegetarian)and the items that we tried were amazing. We’ve gone twice already and already planning our return. Lattes are also incredibly good.

Food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite waiting over an hour for my order while others who ordered later were already finishing their meals, I had to request a refund. Second similar experience.

By far the best breakfast spot I've eaten at in a long time. Food is always good, dont mind driving 30 minutes from home every Monday! Highly recommend!!!!

I came here for brunch with a bunch of others. There is a room at the back where 12 people can sit. I ordered breakfast burrito, and it was on point! I saw other menus that others ordered, and they all looked very yummy. I would definitely come back here!!
