Been to this place three times, the last time we got ice cream my niece got "cotton candy" and took one bite and didn't care for it so we ordered something different and they charged us. I called to speak to the manager and she was super unprofessional.

Delicious and natural tasting ice cream and the atmosphere is so calm.

The place is adorable which is why I give it 3 stars. But completely forgot to make our order. After waiting for 15 minutes we asked if they were ready, that’s when we found out that both girls working thought the other had made them. One of the orders wasn’t even available and the chia latte tasted like warmed up milk with some cinnamon mixed in. Maybe the ice cream would have been a better choice.

What a delightful ice cream parlor. Situated in an old bank it is quaint little oasis! The homemade ice cream is quite delicious and they have generous portions and an oreo cone! They also have coopted the flight concept and for $4.25 you can taste four flavors. I would recommend black cherry, black raspberries, honey lavender and of course my favorite, coffee. Can't wait to another visit.

Extremely happy we stopped here. The ice cream was fantastic and the service was top notch. The building is super unique and they did a great job setting up to fit their needs. Highly recommend a visit if you're anywhere near this area. We will definitely be back!

Nice atmosphere, I suppose. Ice cream was meh. Wooden spoons aren't the best delivery mechanism. Perhaps using a cone would help. Ice cream sorely lacking in comparison to Brooms Bloom and Prigel Family Creamery in Maryland, and even Bonkeys.
Butter pecan ice cream was tolerable at best.

Perhaps the coffee is good.

Don't get there near closing time, they'll shoo you out once the clock strikes.

I love going here! The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee and ice cream are amazing. This is the first time I’ve been able to get vegan ice cream from a shop. The almond joy is divine! I love the vibe of this place- it’s gorgeous inside & out. All their coffees can be veganized with either almond or soy milk.

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is very cool inside an old bank...and the ice cream is to die for! We shared two ice cream flights and all 8 flavors were fantastic!!! Can't wait to come back to try more!

It's located inside the original building of the bank of Shrewsbury. The old vault has a new use,step inside and sit a while as you scan the walls with history of old Shrewsbury. Coffee mugs and several hand made pottery pieces for sale. There are a few beautiful velvet sofas out on the main floor with tables. There is a centerpiece staircase that leads up to a pool table,2 vintage pinball machines and few 2 chair tables. There is also bar seating facing out on to the downstairs. Great place for really really good lattes and their homemade ice cream is to die for. They make it in house on Tuesday and Wednesday but they are shut down those days to craft that goodness. It is definitely worth a visit.

Love this place! The ice cream is great and so is the coffee!
