In town for a couple days and stopped in while cycling early Sunday morning. I only had my credit card on me and they only take cash so I was pleasantly surprised when Todd offered me an Americano and said to pay next time I'm in town. I will definitely be back.
The coffee was great btw. I sat on the patio out front as a dozen or so locals appeared to be stopping in to say hello and grab their morning brew.
A great place to sit on Shiloh st. I think I will come back in the afternoon to try the pastries from DiFiores.
Great little place to stop after a ride up on the incline in the morning. People were nice and friendly the lattes where good and so were the muffin and pumpkin roll.
Owner was very friendly. Shop has such a cute charm to it. Coffee was AMAZING. It was my first time in this coffee shop and it is by far my favorite place on Mount Washington.
Don't go here. Went for coffee in the afternoon and no decaf. How does a place that calls themselves a coffee shop not serve decaf? We've gone here a few times and the same guy is always there, must be the owner. We played the quarter push arcade game at the front of the store, but couldn't play in peace without him breathing down our necks. There was a $100 bill set up towards the back of the machine, and some other lesser bills towards the middle. He comes over anytime he doesn't have a customer to wait on (which is quite often) to see the progress we've made and how close we are to getting money out. He kept asking us how much money we put in so far and how much we got out - he seemed very nervous that we were going to win the money. It was very uncomfortable. Since we were making some progress on moving the $100 bill forward, I jokingly asked him (as he was standing over our shoulders) if we came back tomorrow if it would be in the same spot or if he moves it to the back every day. He said no and that the company that owns the machine handles it and he doesn't even have a key to it. At one point we were getting close to winning a $20 bill and he came over and told us that the shop is closing and we had to leave. No shop hours posted on the door so I couldn't tell if he was lying or not but it was very shady. We went across the street to have lunch at the Shiloh Grill and noticed that the shop remained open for at least another half an hour AND we saw him open up the cover to the game and move money around inside of it, despite him telling us he had nothing to do with the game. Stopped in on a trip unplanned and I'm glad I did! Very friendly and seemed to put a masked smile on everyone's face! Coffee and muffin was very tasty! Thank you!
Visited for the weekend, got a latte along with a lot of pastries with my family and they were super friendly! The best latte I think I have ever gotten.
Do NOT go here, drinks are mediocre at best, but more importantly the customer service is one of the worst experiences you will have.
Walked in, and no one was behind the counter. Waited for a couple mins before another patron went outside to get the guy serving coffee. He comes in, doesn't apologize or even make eye contact, and acted like I was bothering him by being there. Doesn't even do a simple hello/how are you/you're welcome/have a good day, anything. Incredibly rude, and based on other reviewers it sounds like he's the guy in charge and there all the time.
I should have just walked out.
If you're local, or a tourist, go to Cafe Cravings on Bigham St. or the Micro Diner down Shiloh instead. What a shame, because otherwise it would be convienient for a lot of people.
The products were perfect, but the owner called his brother( I believe) a “retard” while I was checking out. Very hurt by these comments and I will no longer be supporting his stores ever again!

Absolutely delicious hot chai latte! The gentleman working there was extremely nice! Great little place!
