I absolutely love this place. I’ve come a handful of times now and each time I say I need to come back and spend some time there. The space is beautiful and I love that they have things from local artists and vendors. I finally tried food this time - a matcha tea cake - and it was delicious and was the perfect (and obvious) pair for my matcha latte. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Love this spot! They have awesome tinned fish options, and other specialty snacks on the wall. I ordered a ham and cheese puff with a latte, and it was delicious. Service was super friendly and speedy!

Great coffee roasted in house. Definitely try the single origin espresso, they treat it right!

The cortado was nice but slightly cold for my liking. The dark hot cocoa tasted great!

This place is SO COOL. I'm a little bit of a coffee baby; I love coffee, but I usually hit it with cream and sugar and flavors - basically, I love coffee as a "medium" for other stuff. But this place is slightly changing my mind with their weird experimental stuff and their killer desserts. I don't like black coffee, and I can't physically bring myself to drink espresso. But I got an espresso here served in (basically) a tall shooter glass with ice cream in the bottom and honey mixed in, and after like one minute the ice cream had melted into a buttery smooth creamy foam and dispersed all through the coffee. It wasn't sweet. No sir, not sweet at all, not like I like it. But I LOVED that drink. I feel like I can taste it every time I think about it, it's crazy. I also got tiramisu, which, pretty standard in Pittsburgh. But whereas most of the tiramisu you'll find in the city is a small single-serve dessert, I was given a huge slab of it here. As in, they had to have MADE it in a real pan, for real, as tiramisu is supposed to be made. And it has spoiled me on tiramisu, I can't get it anywhere else anymore.

Also, like most indie coffee shops, they sell proprietary coffee there, as well as some coffee making supplies. But, they also have loose leaf teas, local honeys and sauces and stuff, and there's even a little free book section full of kids books. Plus the decor is awesome, obviously, just look at the pictures.

Definitely drop in, DEFINITELY.

Was looking for a new coffee shop to dive into with a a book I'd recently gotten. Decided on here due to their great ratings. I wasn't disappointed. The service was top notch. Cappuccino was delicious and the breakfast sandwich was fantastic. Great little spot to duck out to on a Sunday afternoon to burn a few hours. Also, compared to many other coffee shops, they are open till 8pm in Sundays when many others close around 3-4pm. Will definitely be back. Only critique is there was a limited amount of seating, I was lucky enough to snag the last table indoors. They do have outdoor seating, but it was a liiiiiitle cold for sitting outdoors yesterday. But given the space and overall vibe I really can't complain. Just be aware if you're looking to have a seat, you might be waiting. They do ask patrons to limit their table time to 90 minutes if folks are waiting. So they do try to keep a rotation going.

The atmosphere/staff make this place even before trying their goods. It’s got a little market so you can browse while you wait for your food/drinks too. Drinks were superb, as well as the German chocolate cake we got. From cocktails to coffee or cocktails with coffee, even cute little cheese boards to snack on… this place is an absolute must.

This is one of the best coffee roasters in town! I’m really partial to light roasts, but even their dark roasts are amazing (not overly developed, coffee flavors still come through). They’re buying and roasting great coffee here!
