Complete joke. I get prices went up but you guys are a just crazy. I can go to a way better place and get better food for what “quality” you guys have. It’s a shame the original owners passed it down to the daughter because she’s just ruining it and everyone knows it . And I don’t need a paragraph about how good your food is and your quality is still the same as 10 years ago or your best wishes….

Food is great but the price has gone up and they seem to always be out of stuff.

Lasting legacy still with original wait staff and they're starting to slow down. Went out for a good classic American dining experience with my family and waited forever. Our senior waitress took 30 minutes to take our drink orders. Once this awakening of liquids happened we waited 40 more minutes for our food. Finally, our food came it was easy to tell they rely on there gravy and cheese to make there food good. The fries were dry. Burger dry. Ribs the absolute exact opposite of dry drenched in sauce. Once the food was finished mediocre at best we waited forty minutes to the get the check. The check finally came and the time to leave was finally upon us.

Always good... left so full!
They've been expanding the bar offerings and have some good drink specials along with a nice local craft beer list.

Food and service was great. Alyssa our waitress was fantastic.
Didn't come here in years, then about 3 wks ago we did and it was great. Since then 2 times and it was terrible. Tonight called ahead to see if fresh cut fries were available and were told they were. We ordered and got the frozen fries. Sent them back and of course then by that time my chicken tenders were cold. They deducted from my bill for the chicken tenders/fries; however, the waitress made the comment "we are only talking about fries". Well if we ordered and told her what we wanted and they were not available she should have come back to us and told us so we could substitute. I believe the waitress was Lynn and we had her the last 2 terrible times.

Wait staff was on point! Food was less than cafeteria quality. Went with friends who have raved about the food. Potatoes tasted like rehydrated flakes, gravy tasted like it came from a can, way too much liquid smoke, and the prime rib was less than prime. Very tough and gristly. Will not return. Btw...save you unapologetic replies, I'm not interested in your opinions. I've learned to stay away from the super defensive.

Best breakfast around! The eggs Benedict and stuffed French toast specials are amazing.
I had to edit this review to include the gingerbread pancake breakfast special… you can’t go wrong!

What a great hidden gem!
Our server was so helpful and pleasant. Her recommendations were spot on (you HAVE to try the broasted chicken!) and she made us feel right at home.
The food was delicious and served hot. Portions were very large; took a bunch back to our hotel. The craft cocktails were strong and well-priced. My daughters enjoyed every drop of their strawberry smoothies.
The prices were more than fair for both food and drink. Bathrooms were clean; as was the restaurant on the whole. Nice bar area with live music on Fridays and trivia on Wednesdays (per the signs).
We had a great experience and will definitely be back if we ever end up back in this area.

What a nice surprise. I don't live in the area. This place was recommended to us. At first, I wasn't going to stop - it is not very attractive from the outside. But I am so happy I looked past the cover. The food was very good, the service was excellent. I had a delicious burger called The Cowboy that came with fresh cut fries. The food came out fast and the prices were quite reasonable. This place is about 2 hours from my house, but I would gladly make the trip again.

Red Lion has been one of my favorite places to eat for years. The Sirloin steak with seasoning is amazing and the pork chops are delicious. You might not have room for dessert so I recommend taking something home. You won't be disappointed.
